Yes it is but the steam version is not confirmed. Right now it's windows store exclusive.
1. Remember the whole Juno plot from ac 4. They are continuing it in a comics. So yeah they did side track it as I've said.
2. Ok maybe not the stealth as in gameplay but the tools required to do stealth are clearly inferior to previous entries. As for hidden Blade they entirely removed it from Odyssey.

They destroyed what assassins creed was all about. They side tracked the modern story, they are leaning towards action and less and less stealth. Making hidden Blade locked behind level is the worst. And now with Odyssey they entirely destroyed any trace of Assassins or the creed.
What my problem with ubisoft is that instead of destroying things that makes an AC game go for a new ip. But hey they want to milk the brand as much as they want right?

No one had any problems with dishonored or Deus ex...I even played skyrim entirely in 1st person because of the lackluster animations of combat in 3rd person.
Don't know where all the backlash is coming from. I get it that people are disappointed because CDPR previous said so to have 3rd person camera but to say they won't even give it a chance or entirely abandon the game is going a bit over the top reaction.

I'm only talking about games present at E3. Pc will get MS exclusive like halo 6,gears 6, PS exclusive like Nioh 2, and don't forget multiplats like cyberpunk,sekiro,etc. And then it's own exclusive like total war too.
That would be PC though. The one to recieve most games.
I'm just stating my opinion. I don't see E3 for exclusive only nor do I care about xbox hardware or as a matter of fact Microsoft even. I came to see games and I found most games on Microsoft's conference. I'm happy that's what matters to me the most.
Microsoft may have won this E3 actually. (Not on N4G of course but the general consensus seems to indicate at Microsoft's victory).
Maybe the bar was set too low for Microsoft that was the biggest reason why everyone can appreciate Microsoft today.
Judging from the screenshots it looks and feels like more of an expansion pack than an actual squeal. It seems Ubisoft is back to milking till dead formula. They did something new with origins, it worked(to some extent) and now they are back to their natural instinct for milking process.

Just calling on the hypocrisy of sony fans here on N4G. H1Z1 also got bad reviews from PC players, even worse reviews than PUBG. But it didn't stop PS4 gamers to play this game..so clearly they are into multiplayer games and most probably would play PUBG too regardless of bugs(which is the main reasons for all the hate yes?). And yet for some reasons they crap over Microsoft for their multiplayer approach so what's with that??

there you already have your answer. As for this article it's purpose is to show the progress, not final result. So why stop?? You don't have to read it.
Nintendo is seriously overrated by its fanboys and video games "journalist". So far into the year and what are some of the games released for switch?? Wii U ports....and some indie like Celeste(which BTW is multi platform). And yet they claim victory....IMHO so far into this year, Nintendo is even worse than Xbox..why?? that's because Xbox at least got Monster hunter world and other third party AAA games(even if it lack in exclusive department).
It's not that they don't have the numbers when it comes to exclusives. It's just that compared to rest of the competition their exclusives are..well a joke really. What they need is not the exclusives in number only but in quality too. Sony's biggest exclusive this year are GOW and Detroit so far. Microsoft also released it's biggest exclusives- Sea of thieves and SOD2. Now just compare them...and the result is that there is a huge gap in quality between the and TBF there ...
That's because there IS no pc exclusive game with AAA budget. Last time it happened was when crisis 1 released, that was the last true PC exclusive, nothing could come close to it in technical department.
Today no one wants to take risk by making a similar pc exclusive with AAA budget. Everything is either multiplatform or a straight up port. Even exclusive games have been confined to only strategies or city builder etc pc oriented genres.
1080/60 is a more likely scenario or even 1440p/60 but 4k/60 is a bit too much to expect especially if we're looking at a max of 500 usd price point for these next gen consoles.
However, true 4k/30 will definitely be the norm next gen.
It's funny how Microsoft is downplayed over halo,forza,gears. But Nintendo is praised over Zelda,Mario,smash, Pokemon... I'll never understand this fanboy mentality where the same thing is praised or downplayed just because a different brand in involved.
