Thats the same way in my house is well. The PS4 gets turned on maybe once a month and the XB1 gets used almost daily.
I did this plus, put a 2000mah battery in mine. Now I can play on my PS4 for more then 20 minutes without my thumbs slipping off the thumbsticks.
I'm not seeing how this is anything new. I also don't see how this is any different then any other business really. Go into any big box store, and tell me if any of the employees ask you about a credit card or some sort of rewards card. People have to realize that its these people's jobs to sell their companies products as best they can. Most of them want to keep their job and probably want to move up the ladder.

If I knew then what I know. I still would've gotten this game day one. The single player campaign alone was worth $60 for me.
single player campaign works fine. I just finished all 4 a few days ago. I only had one issue on Halo 2 where when you quit it wouldn't resume from the previous checkpoint, but the beginning of the level. Other then that it was flawless and enjoyable.
I don't see what the big deal is. This goes with the territory when you're an early adopter. If you don't like it, don't be an early adopter. This happens with all types of products not just consoles.
For some games I'm fine with 30 fps and actually like it better at 30 fps. I actually prefer playing Sleeping Dogs at 30 fps or 60 fps, same goes for Assassin's Creed.
When it comes to first person shooters I prefer 60fps most of the time.
I thought that was hilarious. As far as CoD I've stopped buying into the hype and have set realistic expectations. This way I'm able to enjoy them instead being disappointed because its not "revolutionary".
It would be a tough sell for me and I'm usually a sucker for remasters. On an ultimate collection 1 & 2 would have to be remastered to consider it. I've played Fallout 3 and New Vegas on the PC and Xbox 360 several times. Having just recent played them on the PC with mods, I think I would have a hard time playing a vanilla version of them.
I despised the DS3 controller, I think the DS4 is sony's best controller. I like the option to turn off the light bar, and I think the thumbsticks are garbage. Granted now I have xbox one thumbsticks on my DS4 controller. Its made a world of difference I can play more then 20 minutes and my thumbs don't slip off.
I still like the xbox one controller better, but to say its the PS4's Achilles I don't agree with. If anything PSN is the Achilles heel of the PS4.
I was gonna blast it at first. But it says you can't roam free while you're on a mission. I also like that missions are accepted while roaming and not a menu system.
If I didn't have an xbox one already, I would be all over that Assassin's Creed bundle. That is an outstanding deal. I'm surprised there hasn't been an official Master Chief Collection bundle.
I guess I had different expectations. I just wanted something that was more powerful then the 360. For that it has met my expectations. In most cases if I want the best visuals I'll play it on the PC.
I would buy it no question. Even though judgement is the one I liked the least. I think it would be better if all 4 gears games was included.
If it were Shenmue 3 I think I would literally shit myself. Granted I think theres no way its shenmue, but I would no problem being wrong in this case. Its hands down my one of my favorite games of all time.

I could tolerate the lack of graphics options. But to not be able to change the resolution is lame. On my monitor(s) anything that is not at the native resolution (1920x1200) looks bad.
Not a huge deal but I would personally liked it to not be able to change on the fly and potentially get native 1080p. If anything I'll probably switch to the original once or twice and never switch back again.
I'm more sensitive change in frame rate for some reason. Like in Killzone when it goes from 30 to 40 I notice it right away it bugs me. Luckily there was the 30 FPS lock option.
He could eaily have a PS4 its a similar situation for me. I have a PS4 barely use it. Uncharted is the only exclusive that interests me at the moment. The XB1 has been my console of choice this generation. If it wasn't for PvZ being free on PS4 I probably wouldn't have turned it on this weekend.
