Best is subjective. I'm a big PC gamer and console gamer. For me its about the games. I can't get The Master Chief collection or the Last of us on PC. For those games that is why I get the console. But when it comes to games like Far Cry, CoD, or Titanfall I get them on the PC where I can adjust settings and play with a keyboard and mouse which I like better.
Sometimes I'll get the game on the console first because usually the PC version of games are buggy and per...
I'm the same way. I have gaming PC and all three consoles. They have pros and cons.
Phil said 2015 was going to be busy year and they may have to move a back. I guess this one got it. Its a bummer but I personally not bothered by it. With the other games coming out this year I'm ok with this being bumped back. For me it will be a blessing, I still have games from 2014 I haven't gotten around to playing yet. So one less game for me to get in 2015 isn't the end of the world.
Its easy to say something is your last when you're near the end and you're burned out.
This just my speculation, this Metal Gear will do well which will spawn many of the previous titles to be remade using the Fox engine. Then Kojima will get the inspiration to make another metal gear title. I think he hands the to torch to someone else, and see what they can do with the IP in the future.
Yeah I would like a Twilight Princess HD remaster as well. Would also like a skyward sword remaster that I can use the pro controller on.
This is awesome, too bad its out of stock. Once its in stock I will be ordering it.
The difference depends on the size of the display and the distance from the display. If you sit 2 feet away from a 60 inch TV you may notice the difference. But if you sit 8 or 10 feet from a 60 inch TV the difference becomes less noticeable.
I'll take 900p over 1080p if it means better framerates. I've tried a few games on both consoles to see how much of a difference 900p vs 1080p makes. The difference was so minor, that if I wasn't trying to scrutinize the imag...
I think the whole 4K thing is getting blown out of proportion. If anything I think there could be a console upgrade where it supports HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. The 4K will affect video playback, not the games. I could see a 4K scaler being put in to maybe make games "4K". There is no way the PS4 or XB1 is rendering a game close to 4K.
I loved how ground zeroes played. I lost interest in metal gear after sons of liberty. I would like if all of them were remade to be open world. Especially 3 & 4 since those were the ones I had a hard time enjoying in its current format.
That is what the demo showed. The issue is going to be performance and latency. Unless the other VR headsets give you a view of the environment around you you're going to have to stay stationary. This also seem like something would be excellent in military training exercises.
That is what I meant is being able to leave the room. Being in the same room, a VR headset would be way in that aspect. I'm talking being able to go to different rooms, similar to something like a haunted house.
I'm actually more interested in this then Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus. The different experiences you can with have me interested. This seems like something that would get some serious exercise. This could be lazer tag on steroids. First image that popped in my head was a survival horror game.
I fixed a good chunk of these on my own DS4 controller. My controller has Xbox one thumbsticks and a 2000mah battery. The original thumbsticks just don't work for me, my thumbs slip off after 15 minutes. Would still like the option to turn off the light bar.
The only thing I hate about the xbox one, is that it doesn't auto update games and apps automatically.
Only remake I would want from the N64 days is probably Ocarina of Time and Star Fox 64. I'm not real big on that era of nintendo.
I'll do what I want. I just preordered the collectors edition today.
I don't find this surprising really. To think the last of us 2 isn't in development of some kind would be foolish. Last of us 2 doesn't really say much. There isn't any indication that its a sequel/prequel. Its possible it could be a different take in the Last of us universe. Chances are "Last of Us 2" is an internal name they're using until they come up with a title.
That being said I think I would like a sequel. Personally I would like to see r...
I totally agree.
I would get this, it would make me atleast blow the dust off my PS4 thats it been collecting for the past few months.
I'd buy a remastered trilogy. I have no problem remasters. I buy the ones I want. I don't buy the ones I don't want. If there was backwards compatibility, my stance on remasters would be different. But since there isn't I have no desire to have the previous generation consoles taking up space on my entertainment center.
