Honestly, if you are grinding for hours its because you don’t want to play another game. Dying is pretty quick at times lol so there’s plenty of opportunities to take breaks. A run to the boss takes maybe an hour max once you get the hang of the mechanics, navigation and what you’re looking for.
The thing is…..the load outs people choose for their runs may not be good enough to even get them through the world and boss fight so in my opinion starting from scratch is almost the better option. People will complain because they saved at a point in which they now can’t acquire things they should have. I prefer starting from scratch and trying a different approach, but that’s me
The gameplay is amazing don’t put it off. It feels like a harder, third person Metroid/doom hybrid. It’s excellent.
it’s funny because pretty much everything on gamepass worth playing right now you probably already bought last gen. It’s good spin though.
This game is perfect as is….and not as hard as Demon’s Souls. You keep much of what you collect before dying it’s not a from scratch thing and moving through the world to get back to where you were certainly is not a 2 hour trek. This game is like crack once you know what you’re doing and have a game plan for your run
The reality is The PS5 is outselling the X|S (yes two very different units for different types of gamers) combined by approximately 3 million already while both are sold out. Xbox looks to have righted a lot of the launch issues they had last gen in terms of the message they want to send to gamers, however they still do not have the library to compete and that is that. Bethesda doesn’t move this needle if games don’t start coming until 2022-2023. Let’s look at the first year of these systems ...
