Considering Elder Scrolls is 2+ years away I'm sure Sony will be just fine regardless.
Agreed. Their games do nothing for me.
The difficulty Microsoft has is that their primary selling point hinges on.....internet. Gamepass is not going to lure individuals in countries and regions where internet infrastructure is still lagging behind. This is why you still need must have exclusives on a disc.
Sony fanboys play old games....they just don't play STRICTLY old games because there are always new games to play. It's called options.
I intend to play through all of those as I downloaded them from the PlayStation collection for free and have not gotten to them yet. Resident Evil 7, Until Dawn, God of War and Last of Us 2 are the only games on this list I’ve had the opportunity to fully play through....they’re there because I wanted to check them out a bit with my new 4K/HDR tv I didn’t have prior to PS5 (and 60fps Until Dawn!) 1080p for the entire generation. Everybody has different reasons for why they have certain things...
It’s call of duty...... so far I have the following installed on my PS5:
1) Demon’s Souls
2) Miles Morales
3) Spider-Man Remastered
4) The Last of Us Part II
5) Astro’s Playroom
6) God of War
7) The Last Guardian
8) Days Gone
9) Until Dawn
10) Streets of Rage 4
11) Resident Evil 7
Apps: Netflix, Disney+, Twitch, AppleTV+, Prime Video, YouTube
Remai...
He's complaining its too detailed? There's filters at least to change the color palette back to the PS3 style if that is preferred....beyond that I cant imagine why that would be an issue
Gamepass prices will slowly increase ala Netflix.
Im not surprised. People pre-ordering this were taking a major risk. It lacked depth in every bit of footage shown. I wonder if fanboys are still celebrating that Sony loses this as exclusive in 6 months .....lol this game will fall into the abyss and never be heard of again soon.
Launch titles won't impact sales....at launch. All new consoles sell out day 1, thats the way it goes. However.... launch titles will impact sales in March, April, May, June as these systems start compiling libraries and a valid reason to jump in when these things are finally back on the shelves. If Sony gets Ratchet & Clank and Gran Turismo 7 out before the end of Spring paired with Demon's Souls, Spider-Man, Destruction All-Stars, Sackboy, Deathloop, The Pathless...... versus...
Call of duty has become so bloated. I’m staying away from this too
I think as of right now it's a nice little box for the price. I am just concerned about the long term once games start pushing next-gen engines. I hope you enjoy it! As gamers, this is an awesome week for everyone
Except there's a difference not knowing about the next Naughty Dog game or the game the other Insomniac team is currently developing. There's a level of confidence with Sony devs.
Score!
Have not gotten to Days Gone and The Last Guardian yet.....excited to get those this week! Hoping Until Dawn is a buttery smooth 60fps now too....that would definitely get me to replay that also
Switch does not have a stronger library than PS4. Stop trying to make anyone laugh.
Disagree there’s definitely room for both of them. God of War will sell no matter what month it releases.
Ratchet & Clank
Gran Turismo 7
God of War: Ragnarok
Returnal
Destruction All-Stars
Spider-Man: Miles Morales
Demon’s Souls
Horizon: Forbidden West
Final Fantasy XVI
Deathloop
Sackboy
Kena: Bridge of Spirits
Sony is bringing it year 1 this time.
How does quick resume work if you’re not a gamepass subscriber since discs are required to swap games? Or is the feature deemed useless in that stance forcing you to subscribe to another service to get one of the biggest selling points of the SX currently....
Smart Delivery is just a fancy way of saying upgraded backwards compatibility. This is a short term concern but I agree Sony needs to fix the version of the game that is loading up by default.
