tearing is more about the tv, not the game. Just fyi.
What's even sadder is that you feel the need to troll PS related news.
You mean like when there were some negative scores for Halo and Mass Effect and 360 fanboys were mellow and acted rationally, accepting the reviewers opinion and not defending a game they really enjoyed? Like that?

Your comment would be funny if it weren't sad. I mean, you attack Gamesblow for defending these games, but in reality, why do you feel the need to come to a PS related thread at talk down on a PS3 game? Is MS paying you? or Does it make your little kid self feel like a grown up?
@3.2
I was trying to be subtle, but the average 360 only audience is who I was describing.
@3.3
I think it does have multiplayer elements. But I meant that games with all those things, and every Madden game, are what attract people over creative and sublime.
i am well below the average then. I have 3 360 games and 12 PS3 games and I got my 360 in '05.
I agree with you. I hope it sells. However, it will be tough considering the atmosphere of gaming today.
If it doesn't have blood, guns, multiplayer, or Madden, it won't sell. People don't want innovative or sublime (although I'm banking on the Wii and a handful of upcoming PS3 and 360 releases to change that). So devs create games for the lowest common denominators of society--borderline sociopaths who need to see blood or violence in order for it to be enjoyable. And if it d...
I really want to play this game. I own it, but I haven't had the time to play it. I have to get through Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect and rejoin the glory that is the Warhawk expansion before I loose myself in this multiplayer goodness.
But when I do, hit me up:

That is great news for the PS brand. It shows that the system is finding its groove and still without big name exclusives. Unfortunately on this site, the x-kiddies seem to think that NA is the entire world. Logic, such as worldwide sales, mean nothing. Nor does the fact that the PS brand is quickly becoming a global powerhouse. Instead, there will be numerous fanboys trolling this post bragging about NPD numbers.
I like how the xbox kids are calling an end to the "war" 1 year into actual competition with no perception of the fact that this thing is at least 5 years (unless the 360 ducks out early) in length.
And the argument that the PS needs to sell (X number) consistently to catch up is asinine b/c x-kids don't look at the other side of this trend: that 360 sales could slow dramatically over the next fear years.
I guess hubris, shortsightedness and claims of ...
I agree with you about the pricing issue on the players. However, HD-DVDs are not cheaper, nor are the better "scored" than Blu-ray.Most sites that score movies, like IGN, give them the same score. They only variations is if the HD-DVD has more special features than its blu-ray counterpart.
The down side is that you pay for those features making blu-ray movies actually a few dollars cheaper than HD-DVDs. Not to mention the whole, DVD/HD-DVD combo disks that Universal...
Uh..the trailer is on PSN today too.
Define neutral in this context?
I mean, I loved the game. Probably one of the better action/adventure games to date. And I really dig the art style. It has a varied gameplay style, brutal AI (especially on higher difficulties) and the writing and dynamic characters really propel the story forward. More importantly, the game is fun. The lower end scores do not do this game justice.
Overall, I definitely think it's better than Super Mario Galaxy, which I finished...
Hmm..funny stuff. COMPARED TO MS Sony had this first:
Analogue control--PS had it first
Rumble--PS had it first
Black console with HDMI--PS had it first
Built in DVD drives--PS had it first
Front loading media drive--PS had it first
Uncharted definitely.
As for the other, it is a toss up between Haze and UT3, but I would say Haze for the story alone. But if multiplayer is your thing, go for UT.
This game reminds me of Red Faction for some reason.
But hey, that game didn't get the best scores in the world, but I really liked playing it.
My favorite parts: "the 360 was repretd by many as selling out of most of its skus EVERYWHERe..ps3s were reported as being in stock everywhere" or"fact remains its not selling all that well worldwide despite sonys FALSE stats"
hahahaa...Man that was funny mashing together of words in the form of total bs. Considering that you are probably one of those people that lives on VGChartz whenever it suits your fanboy needs, here's a tip: check the thread talking a...
kinda like when there is positive PS3 news and xbox fanboys try to downplay that? Or how 360 fans troll the PS side looking to bash simply bc its sony? Ironic.
This false dignity and condescending attitude that 360 boys attempt to convey, particularly when it comes to attacking sony fanboys for commenting on 360 news when if fact, they are the troll kings, would be funny if it weren't so sad.
More to point, though. This story (like the numerous "PS3 Sold out...
I wonder if MS secretly pulled the plug on the Elite. I mean, the only advantage it has now is the larger hard drive and MS sells that seperately. All the other models have HDMI and the new chipset (supposedly) and are far cheaper than the Elite.
I think at this point, the expectations of Haze are too high. Which I don't see how, I've barely heard anything on this game, aside from the occasional docu-vid. Yet, because of certain comments by FR developers, unless Haze scores an 11, it will be a "failure."
Because, at least on this site, quality and fun are quantifiable numbers and a games worth is measured by what metacritic and gamerankings says.
