As an example, here in Montreal, every one knows about video games. Hell, we got both Ubisoft and Eidos, and more recently Warner got here too.
It generates millions for the city and the province. It's talked about in every newspaper, major or small, and always with just as much respect and research as any other cultural industry.
It's fully, completely mainstream. It's not some industry that needs validat...

Most media outlets have their own gaming section and don't believe that games are the source of all evil... Neither do their readers. Maybe you have to look elsewhere.

Personally I think this magazine has every right to exist. There's a market for it. But like I said on the other article about this, I'd want a gay version. Bring 'em gamer boys too!

Hmm but that depends if I have a shiny new game or just a backlog to clear.
If I have a brand new game, I can easily play 3 hours a day (That's when I really have nothing else to do, such as being with friends or my boyfriend or cleaning the house etc...)
I play much less when it's about my backlog... Maybe something like 1 hour a day when there's nothing on TV.
The two others do it. Some games are only playable with PS move or Kinect, yet both Sony and Microsoft manage to sell their consoles well.
And people are intelligent enough to look at the box art, where it's clearly stated what's required to play.
I think anyone with eyes to see can understand that this is a porn magazine. Not some serious stuff about social equality and thoughts about the misrepresentation of genders within a particular media.
Looking for the above in this magazine is like looking for a steak in a vegan restaurant.

Never completed Dark Arisen... That extra dungeon was way too hard for my poor underleveled character ( If level 80+ counts as underleveled...) But then again, ranged mystic knight is not the easiest class...
