Those aren't really features that make the game stand out. And if my memory is correct, modnation had that too, + track creation.

It's a good game, excellent even, but then again it's only Mario Kart. It doesn't really bring anything new to the genre, except perfecting a working formula...

I don't. I'll buy a ps4 when there's a game I want for it. And so far, not a single game is a must have for me.
All the games I want at the moment, that is Persona 5, Borderlands the Presequel, Tales of Xillia 2 and Tales of Zestiria, are all releasing for last gen, so I have no reason to buy the current gen now.

At the end of Lightning Returns, Lightning finds herself in a place very similar to earth, in a very earthly country. (France, probably).
FF XV is supposed to be "A fantasy based on reality (Tokyo in that case)".
Lightning could very well appear in XV as a guest character at some point. Her version of France could very well be the same as XV's version of Tokyo.
But that's clearly not what made those games good! ;)

Resolution and fps never stopped games on the Nes / snes / sega / ps1 / ps2 / etc. of being excellent.
A good game is a good game, resolution has nothing to do with it. It's at best an added value, at worst a marketing gimmick for fanboys.
After Return's ending, Lighting could pretty much appear in XV.
I really like the game. For me it's a solid 7/10!

Most games by Atlus Persona team are mature in content and delivery. And a lot of indies too, like Gone Home.
An m rating only means that some content is questionable for younger audience.

So far I really like the game. The mood is reminiscent of Persona 3, but the game is different enough so it doesn't feel like a copy.
Yeah it's not a "bad" game, but like you said, damn, those controls are poor.
