This is actually the 1st time I've heard of this song, bec. I don't listen to this kind of music. What can I say? Besides being piss-poor it doesn't fit.
I actually don't mind them hiring International Artists to do songs for FF, but good god, compose a song that perfectly suits the game, not pluck 1 from the Top 100 charts.
Me and My friends have played all the FF games released on a Playstation platform and that includes the PSP.
I don't know about the others, but there is no way in hell we are going buy it over GOW3, if it indeed released within 2 weeks of GOW3. We'll either pick it up used or once it hits the bargain bin.
SE has made their intentions known, for preferring to support the XBOX 360 more, so good luck to them on that side. Hopefully XBOX 360 owners will buy their game...
The lineup for the Q1 is just brutal, specially the PS3. Many good games are going to suffer and may not get the sales they truly deserve. I too wish some of this games get another delay to either Q2 or better yet Q3.

Seriously, if you don't think Microsoft's money doesn't have a hand in this, then you're dumb as a brick. Believe me once, NATAL's ad campaign rolls off, it will include these Testimonials from TIME, POPULAR SCIENCE etc. as a way to lure in the Casuals, who does not know any better.
Put the name Halo/Call of Duty/Gears of War. The best part is, you don't have to make a "New Game", a few maps, and a short sp would do, then sell it for $60, or better yet add $10 more because it's a "Triple A" title. Put most of your funds in Marketing the game, and make sure you have enough $1000 goodie bags to give Game Reviewers/Journalists. Voila! You've got yourself million + sales on day 1 Game with a great Metacritc score.
Halo 3 has a better story than MGS4? Only if you're 12 or have a brain of one.
No other game this gen have made me feel happy to be a gamer today, and at the same time sad that it has to end, than the Epic Story that is called MGS4.
The only games that could possibly rival the story of Metal Gear games are:
1. Suikoden 1
2. Suikoden 2
3. Xenogears
4. Final Fantasy Tactics
and those are still subject for debate.
Yes, I've seen evidence of what your saying, they don't want to admit it, but many articles do suddenly vanish without a reason, particularly if they are damaging to the XBOX 360 and/or its games. I tried looking for them on the "failed" section, and they are not there, now I know that it's the "FILTER" at work.
I also notice that some articles, don't get heated up or made invisible, like this one on FORZA 3

It's great that alot of Western Videogame Companies are tapping the anime talents for cross-promotion of their IPs. What I don't fvcking understand, is why SONY of all companies, is not doing this? I want my SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS made in the vein of PRINCESS MONONOKE, my DEMON'S SOULS made by MADWORLD, Hell anything for that matter. IF MS can do it with HALO, then you better give us something SONY.
I would not be surprise if SE ported this over to the PS3 once it gets its motion controlers.
