Even without the premiere, anyone with half a brain knows that there would be a ROCKBAND next year, same with GUITAR HERO.
They should have use the spot better to showcase either new IPs or a good game that may have flown under the radar, instead of a dairy produce.

You're right, I don't think they have Creative Freedom. Treyarch is pretty much like Microsoft's Rare, they basically just fill in the blanks whatever Activision decides for them.
That's why I think they don't get credit they are due, because they are too much of a lapdog in most people's opinion. I think Treyarch should create a new IP and distinguish themselves, before people can accept them. Until then, they will continue to live in the shadows of IW.
I got butthurt today because of an article, calling into question my glorious XBOX 360's exclusive games. It's not fair! PC games released on the 360 only, are exclusives. No should dispute that, otherwise, we will have no games :(

There are just too many unknowns to form any conclusion. For one thing, we don't even know how MS determines a console is modded or not.
