MS reckons that most banned gamers would re-buy the XBOX 360 to play pirated games than buy a PS3 then fork-up cash for its games.

They continually buy studios that have decent amount of success to improve their portfolio, but at the first sign of trouble, they shut them down, with no apparent remorse.
This is not the first time they have done this, and I'm quite sure it won't be the last.

Their yearly sports titles are like money trees to them. They can make huge profit off it at a very small cost. What I think they need to do is make Supportive DLCs. Same sport, different league.

I dislike devs who don't man up, and take responsibility for their work. It is very unprofessional.
Namco has been one of my favorite devs last gen, but just like SE, whatever esteem I may hold for them back then, is now quickly vanishing and being replaced by apathy.
But at least, we paid for it.
Publishers/Devs may not like it, but there are few games imo, that is worth its initial asking price.
Besides that, there are other reasons too. I for one, have a profound dislike for certain Publishers, thinking of them making a profit from me, does not sit too well, better the bloke or the Used gameshop imo.
