Until we get Blu-ray burners and discs costing the same as DVDs now, it is still not financially viable, at the most you could save a few $. So, why not wait for the game's price to come down and then buy it on the cheap or buy it used, if you're looking for savings.
Or you could just buy a modded 360, from what I heard it's already hacked and DLing a few gigs and burning them on DVD discs is certainly cheaper and a better alternative.
Or buy a gaming PC. If you don...
It's going to need a sophisticated algorithm to pick up a player's nuances in speech. Not only that an appropriate response for each varied input. If the game fails to recognize your speech, then get ready to talk yourself hoarsely as you repeat sentences over and over, wishing you were given a chance just to push the damn button. That's not all, Imagine you're in one of those important game-changing events where you have to make a choice and the game chose to interpret it wrongly from the o...
Probably because you're a Fanboy too. And no, don't even bother defending yourself. The title alone, speaks for itself.
Any reviewer worth his salt, does not bash another game just to prove the merit of another one. There's a constructive and non-intrusive way to do it, but being a reviewer, "who's itching for a fight", you just had to choose the most flame-bait one. And the fact that you came in here mighty fast, trying to play the voice of reason but failing miserably...
What's next 250,000 LTD sales is a blockbuster?
"Project Natal is works via a special type of camera called a “time-of-flight camera.” It essentially shoots out signals, have them bounce back, and then reads them. Then with sophisticated algorithms, develops an image of whatever is in front of it.
This means that you could possibly hold any stick (like a wood stick, plastic gun, baseball bat, the PS3 wand, Wii remote etc.) and it could possibly be able to detect it, in 1:1 motion and at what angle you are at."

Funny, how I use your reviews specially when purchasing multi-plats, which is weird, since I don't have a 360.
I must say, that at least you got to enjoy the better version, while I have to make do with the inferior port.
Though I do enjoy Stylish Action games, Bayonetta just doesn't grab me just like ol' Dante does, not that I'm averse to sexualize games, it's her disproportions that are throwing me off. I'd love to have a chat with the guy who thought of that. He...
And judging from the pics, it might be an RPG.
Last Rebellion scored lower than Stoked? Wow! They rather play with Stoke than Last Rebellion? LOL:D
I've been a staunch supporter of Namco since PS1, but Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is the only game I purchased from them this gen.
I hope this is true. I don't care, if it is a start of another Trilogy or if it is Persona 5, I'll gladly take them either way.
Damn, Atlus is certainly taking their sweet time in making a next-gen game. E3, can't come soon enough!
Yeah I know.
The main gripe of most reviews I've read, is that Little King's Story, did not use the Wiimote as a pointer to better control the game. I too find this surprising, given that the game has RTS elements and Managerial aspects on top of everything besides being on the Wii, having the precision of a pointer-like controls would have benefitted this game more.
rrquinta is right on the money. Sadly, I don't have a Wii, and don't plan on purchasing one. I already have a PC/PS3/PSP, anything more beyond that, and I would deem it an extravagance.
No offence to Wii owners or the console itself, I know its good and all, but gaming is an expensive hobby, and having 3 gaming machine to satisfy my gaming needs is more than enough for me.
You'll get a new audience that way. I'm not sure, if it would sell better, but at least a good IP like this, could get a second lease on life.
Hell, who wouldn't want to play a play a Pikmin-type game on the PS3? I sure would. Day 1 buy for me, if you do decide to port it.
Does anyone chart GOTYs year by year? To be fair to previous GOTY winners specially last gen, Uncharted 2 won in the Game Blog Explosion Era.
I also think that Uncharted 2 is the best game this year, but I played Demon's Souls more. But then again, based on just my playthroughs with the first Uncharted, I'm far from finish with the second one.
I guess it's just a matter of preference. For the most part, GOTY is given either to the one that blew everyone away or the one that captured their attention longer. If they are on the same boat as me, they probably chose the latter, which is understandable. If Uncharted 2, is to...
Aaron Greenberg: “there’s a lot of challenges about 3D in the living room. I don’t know about you, but when I play games or watch TV, I’ve got my phone, I’ve got all kinds of things going on. I get up, I get down, I’m looking outside at the weather and it’s…I’m not in a dark theater, wearing glasses, staring at a screen. I think it’s just a different environment.”
I guess Greenburg won't be playing NATAL then:
“there’s a lot of challenges about NATAL in the living room. I ...
A. Strider? I doubt Natal could handle something this fast.
B. Jojo's Bizaare Adventure? Same reason as Strider.
B. Powerstone? Possible, It would be crazy if you can pickup things in your living room and it would translate in the game.
C. Breath of Fire? Possible.
D. Dino Crisis? Probably, an on-rail shooter
E. Plasma Sword? Would be cool.
F. Red Earth? If it was made like The Godzilla games or like War of the Mons...
I bet that one is exclusive to the 360.
Yeah, I'm with you man. I guess most reviewers nowadays, has preconceived notions on what a game should be, and if it strayed from that, then it gets penalized, forgetting that the game was never intended to completely mimic, its console counterpart, but more as an alternative take.
Anyway, I got the game and I like it. I actually felt good about choosing this over the console version. If you love Killzone: Liberation, then you're going to love this.

I know you're an XBOX fanboy, but you can't be that dumb.
Sony is giving developers, the Edge toolset and Phyre Graphics Engine. All for free! Even the guys from Naughty Dog are offering their technical assistance and expertise to those developing for the PS3. You can't get more SDK support than that.
Next time, think first before making a comment that exposes your stupidity, or better yet don't even make one :D
