Yes he does over promise he does on almost every game he makes and to be frank the last few games he has made have no lived up to someone with his past pedigree. Don't get me wrong I think he is a incredibly smart and talented guy but he honestly doesn't know when to shut his mouth. He Doesn't need to talk about everything he does and yet he does.

I personally call BS on this. Not only is the 9000 devs number a total wtf Molyneux isn't close to number one in the industry and probably isn't considered such by many in the industry.
Yeah he has made some great games but his best quality is promising countless things he never delivers in his games.
If I had to pick one it would be Sakuguchi or Kojima just because they had great impacts on the industry with the games that made them household names...
I would say they are not dying and they HAVE evolved plenty but people still ignore and talk down on them.
Perfect examples of this are the Persona games, Valkyria Chronicles, The World Ends With You and so on and so forth. I expect to either see a whole lot of something(new games and exclusives hopefully) OR a whole lot of nothing(Kinect junk and the games we already know are coming) Considering their track record as of late I would think it will be the latter.

my bet is that they will make a new engine when a new Half-Life comes out. Not a episode or anything and new FULL Half-life.
Which means at this point in time they are not working on a 3rd half-life(I hope they are at least working on Ep3).
I personally don't mind the source engine. It's a really polished engine and from a technical standpoint it's great. It's looks may be a bit dated but they aren't ugly by any means.
Mirror's Edge was a great game but it didn't run flawless nor did it look flawless. I loved the use of color and all that in the world but there are still the typical god that looks terrible moments. For example the girl with the blond pony tail. Her hair doesn't even look like hair. It looks like a plastic party hat that's shaped to look like hair.
And Enslaved wasn't flawless either. It had screen tearing aplenty and just as many visual quirks as Mirrors...
Yeah based on what little we have seen(which granted isn't much) the game doesn't look nor feel like DMC at all.
Basically all we have to go on is Ninja Theory's past games and the trailer.
In terms of past games Heavenly Sword was a great game but game play and good combat was far from the reason the game was good(more like the story, characters and Tech behind the game) and Enslaved was mediocre to decent at best.

It's running on Unreal? Really? That's just sad.... Considering DMC 4 was on a version of the MT Framework engine and still to this day looks damn good(not to mention that engine has been overhauled like twice since DMC 4 as far as I know)
The Unreal engine is perhaps the worst engine you can use for a action game like DMC. It's slow often times buggy and has horrible collision detection problems(even in Epics own games) so in a game that needs to be really fast ...
Yeah i had a similar experience in Final Fantasy X it sucks putting alot of work into something only to have it either deleted or overwritten.
I personally loved FFXIII. I notice the things people disliked about it but they were also being far to critical(after FFX was also VERY linear until the 2nd half of the game when you could go anywhere). I personally don't want motion controls. I have yet to play something that TRULY felt good and better playing it that way. Yeah No More Hero's worked in a good way but I would have still rather played it with a controller the more traditional way.

This is one of my favorite games of all time and I can't wait to play it. I still have my Saturn but like DrStab I don't have a memcard so it's somewhat annoying playing without being able to save data.
Guardian Hero's is in my opinion one of the best side scrolling beat em ups of all time. At the time the game was a visual wonder and the chaos of playing it was incredible and the fact that in the battle mode you could play as every single enemy in the game was just awesome and added a crap ton of replayability.

What does that have to do with Halo 4? Bungie isn't making Halo 4. 343 Industries or whatever the new studio MS made is making it(hence why MS let bungie split from them).
