May 25th, nice! A quality PS3 exclusive virtually every month this year so far. Can't put LITTLE BIG PLANET down these past few weeks - Hope MODNATION RACERS is as addictive.
Yeah, funny that. Should I choose a console with a future proof next gen movie player/storage medium built in, or just add to the three DVD players I have in my house already?
The choice for me seemed obvious, but not so for a vast number of others according to this genius.

That's I why I said my choice was based on these images. Clearly a top-end PC running Crysis 2 will be better (it damn well should be), but even then I don't think it captures the 'dirt' and 'grime' of war that KZ2 does.
People seem to think that some kind of magic ought to happen automatically when they enter Home.
Home is what you make it. If you enter just to stand around, waiting for something to happen, then you're guarenteed to hate it.
You need to get in there, talk to people (about things other than "boobs") and get involved with groups - If you do, you should have a blast.
How Sony get Home detractors to realise that, on the other hand, is beyond me.

If I say that I think KZ2 looks better (which from these shots, I do actually think that, because of the 'grit' and 'realism' it portrays - Crysis looks too glossy to me), I'll get called a 'blinkered fanboy'.
I guess with that attitude, you must hate games in general then?

Surely the 'big' 360 games require something in your hand to play them? HALO is am FPS, so how can you play it empty handed? Supply your own broomstick?
Can't say I'm convinced that I need ANY motion control system to be honest, but seeing the demo of Move with SOCOM 4 piqued my interest. I can't imagine doing that with nothing in my hands at all, though - I'd just feel too detached.
I don't see how LBP is even in the same league.
This is just a shot in the dark, but maybe all the LBP DLC is needed to play other people's community levels. For example, if I didn't have the POTC pack on my HD and tried to play a community level with water in, it might not work as well. If it's on your HD, even if you haven't unlcoked it to build your own stuff, you can still play other people's creations.

Seems that someone's making it their duty to add massive disagree tallies to any positive GOW comment in the Gamer Zone. Amazing that someone can reach the heights of absurdity and depths of desperation at the same time.
As if their feeble-minded 'disagree button' mashing makes any difference to how brilliant GOW 3 is.
