If that is a fair indication of what Home is about, then what a disaster.
Why would anyone want to spend their gaming time lamely dancing with strangers and running from place to place? Even the video maker felt the compulsion to speed up all the running because it's so painfully dull!
The bowling and pool looks OK, but I could do that in GTAIV, and I didn't. Why? Because it is very, very BORING!
This would have to be the worst interface ever invented. M...
Your keyboard appears to be broken.
I think the impressions are fair, an not overly negative. The only obvious error is about changing themes.
Didn't that guy get the memo? According to N4G is is not permissible for anyone to make any criticism of any PS3 game. Ever. Full stop.
I wish other sites had the same objectivity and credibility as the comments on N4G.
Wouldn't that be a wonderful world?
A brilliant idea for a site destroyed by the morons who submit and approve utter fanboy garbage like this.
Gameplayer is constantly engaged in a desperate battle to increase it's traffic. They get a lot of hysterical articles published on here, most of them utterly without worth.
Their headlines are the gaming equivalent of 'An Alien Fathered My Baby'.
I ignore them, you should too.
So you really believe it's a conspiracy do you? Were you wearing a tin-foil hat as you wrote your comment?
According to you Metacritic has set out to destroy Sony by attributing a numerical score to a review. A score that fairly reflects the content of the original review at that. My, how evil!
Clearly Metacritic was launched in preparation for this very moment, patiently watching and waiting for it's chance to emerge from the shadows and smite Sony with an unexpecte...
Don't listen to the morons that populate this site, many of who have commented so brainlessly in the thread above.
Any sane person knows that there is no conspiracy, if you browse the comments around here you will see that this place is infested with a kind of rabid fanboism. Every week it gets a little worse.
Trust me, not only is it beneath you to try and answer the dribbling rants here, it is also utterly pointless. Every word you say will only be twisted into som...
The story approval process on this site is broken.
This article is barely even written in English, has no news value and is basically just the masturbatory rantings of a fanboy.
Everything gets approved now.
N4g is damn close to a total transformation into Sony Defense Force 2.0, and that's a damn shame.
I think Gameplayer is prone to flame-bait articles written in a provocative style. They try to disguise their stories as considered opinion pieces, but there's rarely any real insight, just unfounded assertions.
It's looking brilliant graphically. The levels don't seem very populated though do they? I guess that might come later.
"When it comes to content, LittleBigPlanet includes several well thought levels"
Not exactly exciting news.
Maybe it does have a killer SP mode, no-one knows yet.
But if it doesn't, then it's doomed to have 15 minutes of fame before it disappears.
I imported the drums from the US and the game from the UK for a total cost of $200 AUS. I love the game, it's brilliant, but the retail price being suggested locally is a joke, especially when you consider that this is Rock Band One, complete with it's inferior and unreliable instruments.
If GH World Tour can release here and in Europe before the end of the year Rock Band is dead outside of the US.
The only outcome of that will be higher world-wide revenues for Guit...
I'm concerned that all the focus is on making levels.
The fact is, that for nearly everyone, making levels is a thrill that will wear off quickly. I also think that the enjoyment of playing disconnected user-made levels will be short lived.
If, say Portal, had ten thousand user-made downloadable levels, would I still be playing them? No, no I wouldn't.
LBP needs a killer single player adventure, or it will fail. The average gamer isn't looking for a You...
Since when aren't achievements tiered? You get different scores for different achievements don't you?
Boy, if the developer says it's good...
The central proposition of this article is that Sony stand to lose more marketshare this generation than anyone would have predicted.
To that extent it's a fair and reasonable argument.
Please, please! People and/or organisations are not 'bias against X', they are 'BIASED against X'.
I know it's a small thing, but IT"S DRIVING ME CRAZY!
Thanks to all those who know how to use the word, you make the planet a better place.
