@Mika
FF16 did not have any digital advantage over physical.
Actually if you are old enough, you would actually know, about 70-80% of all games sold on Playstation are digital. But we can ignore that fact if it makes you feel better. We can also ignore the fact that, the whole industry has shifted towards more digital and millions of Playstation owners got a PS5 digital version.
So guess we can't point out excuses, such as, more peo...
The ignorance of you bots truly transcends time itself. Final Fantasy 15 released as a multi-platform game and that game sold about 80% on Playstation alone in the UK and only sold about 20% on Xbox. That game is estimated to have sold about 10M and that same estimated has Xbox sales at around 1.4M. What growth exactly is Square missing with such laughable numbers from Xbox? Significant amount of their base are on PS and Nintendo. They are not missing anything when you consider hiw bad the l...
They are not limiting themselves, this is just physical and even did better than Diablo 4. Using your logic was Diablo 4 growth hurt because it performed worst than FF16 with physical? The answer is No
I think the issue is this message from Microsoft claiming they are not taking games away and then you find out, a game that was planned as a multi-platform game is now an exclusive because of Microsoft. We all know Microsoft could have had Spider-Man as an exclusive, but they rejected Disney, so it's not out of the box to think Disney would allow MS to have an exclusive when they finally realize the fucked up. Just stop pretending you are not taking games away from a platform that the gam...
I support whatever decision the devs want for their game and I am sure they know what sells over what doesn't. They can at least say they did the research, you can't
You guys live in some made up bubble. Microsoft has a history of also paying for exclusive deals for games that don't come to Playstation. But I love it, when you and your ilk ignore MS doing it and only calls out Sony
This is a direct quote. If you notice, many people who use the We believe in generation quote, always leave out the rest of the quote. Anyway, here you go.
“We have always said that we believe in generations. We believe that when you go to all the trouble of creating a next-gen console, that it should include features and benefits that the previous generation does not include. And that, in our view, people should make games that can make the most of those features.”
We believe in generations, was literally Jim talking about features. But I just love it when some people leave out the rest of the paragraph, almost as if they want to push a different narrative, so they intentionally ignore the rest
That is actually a lie. Not only was the CMA giving more power, they will followed by making sure Microsoft/Activision cannot merge in the UK for the next 10 years, followed by not allowing both companies to buy shares in each other, I believe without CMA approval. Is this what you and your ilk call scrutiny?
You can honestly save yourself some embarrassment by just looking at trophies for Horizon. The game has a 30% completion rate, looking at the earlier trophies around the 5-10 hour marks, those are around 55-60%. But if showing people how ignorant you are, then congratulations.

If memory serves me right, the 1st MLB game to come to Xbox was 21 and the new systems were already out by then
@Fox
Suuuuuuure, whatever makes you sleep at night.

Don't like it, don't play. Personally can't wait. I expect the game will sell millions and that would show they made the right choice
Your copium level is through the roof. I can only imagine how miserable you get when racism gets called out.
The desperation for clicks is real
Don't care about Redfall. Show was extremely underwhelming.
Show was 2/10

Nope
This seems to have triggered some people. We can all guess why

@KillBill
A new UK law literally gave them more power
