I agree with chidori. Duke Nukem was a generic shooter back then, this one will be generic shooter if it is ever released.

I had the PS3 version... it was ****! I gave up because I had to reset the console so many times. XD
Motorstorm annihilated Gears in the graphics department, and that is just the PS3. Half-Life 2 and Doom 3 were light years ahead and had already been out years before.
It is very easy to blow Gears out of the water.
It'll be as buggy as the original. Fallout 3 GOTY was a shambles.
It was a huge success!
The most successful part was Manchester, England. Where the streets were empty and the stores closed because it was arguably one of the biggest days in the cities sporting history.

We don't take the graphics for granted, it is just we saw it many years ago.
It don't bother me, I can't play both online at the same time anyway and if I do coop then it will be with someone I know who already has the game... which is most people.

Water... GT5 environment detail is poor. It's car detail is unbeatable, but that is too a massive detriment to the surrounding landscape.

Because those pictures show DiRT 3 is light years ahead in the environment detail. But I suspect they took screenshots from the PC version.
That is a problem, but one of lack of vision at the amount of money they could be making. Now that games are intricately linked to the internet adverts could be continuously updated.

Absoultely, in game advertising is something that gaming developers have woefully under appreciated. Just look at the pic relate to this particular report on N4G.
