Because the employees of EGM have opinions other than your own, they are biased and deserve to live miserable, jobless lives? That's messed up, my friend.
No matter how "biased" or "unfair" they were in the past, they definitely don't deserved to just be laid off like this.
MS made a console that could contend with Sony and Nintendo, who have been in the business for longer. It helps that they are actually surpassing the other two in some ways. Imagine if there was no RROD...

But I don't care much about graphics. As long as they don't suck, I'm fine. Though I'm excited about Killzone 2, it's about the actual gameplay over how it looks. Hopefully it will be a fun shooter.
I like Half-Life 2 better. Definitely one of my favorite games ever.
Hopefully Killzone 2 will be genre-defining, but LBP was supposed to be genre-defining and look what happened. Amazing game but poor sales. Hopefully Sony marketing will market the Sh!t out of Killzone. And also that it's an awesome game.

But I tend to play most of my games on the 360, as all of my friends own 360's and I like to take advantage of private chat. The PS3 has some good exclusives, though, that make it worth owning. MGS4 and LBP alone are enough.
I only played the demo, but the reviews are bad. But if average gamers voted it as one of the best games of the year, maybe it's not so bad.
The first FPS that I ever loved was Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, but it definitely doesn't deserve to be on the list, let alone number 1.
I played Goldeneye on the N64 the other day, and it was bad. It's hard to go back to 1 stick when you've trained yourself with 2.
Even if games are worse. I'm not saying they will be, though, it's just that more people own 360's.
Also, 2 of the games are games are 360 exclusives, and more will probably be announced. Plus there's a bunch of multiplats. It will be a good year for all gamers, though not as good as 2008...

I like most of the list, but I personally dislike Burnout Paradise, and I feel other games deserve the number 10 spot over Too Human. Whatever.
I doubt Killzone 2 will be as successfull as MGS4, and MS survived that. Why would they be afraid of Killzone 2?
