Fallout 4 was the last Bethesda game I will ever buy at launch their games are a buggy mess. Unless they upgrade their physics engine I might not even bother even buying any of their games ever.

BC has never been that big of a deal Sony had it with every console except the PS4, and you didn't see tons of articles as to why it was so important. BC is a great feature and most gamers would welcome it but it's hardly a selling point midway through the generation or at the end of it when there are tons of new games to play. Cool, awesome feature that most gamers don't use specially when there are many new current generation games to play.
Don't know if I should laugh or cry ah Bethesda never fail to release broken games.
I don't even feel bad for them anymore, the only way Activision is going to change is if people stop buying their games. If Activision wants to make games for their investors let them let's how many of those investors buy their games.
Why do you even want Sony at E3? So you can bitch and moan at how bad their show was, I rather Sony skip the show instead of doing what MS did for XO2018 that show was garbage. If MS plans to do the same for E3 2019 then I suggest they skip E3 as well.
What? E3 was never for gamers it's a trade show hell it wasn't even open to the public until recently, the show was intended for business and to deliver game related information to major media outlets. Social media change that and it isn't essential that the big three be present and the show anymore. Nintendo dropped out and the industry didn't collapse, does it suck that Sony won't be there yes is it as big a deal as some of you are claiming nope.

IMO the PS2 has been their best console for many reasons it ushered in the proliferation of DVD's as a medium and has the largest most comprehensive game libraries followed by the PS4. Sony hasn't really innovated per se but they have refined concepts and hardware to deliver the best consoles experience IMO.

LOL. It's a huge mistake for Sony but not Nintendo right? Some of you are so funny, the fact is that PSX has been successful and they have already proven that they can announce big news at other venues. The PS4 wasn't revealed at E3 it was done in a press event. I suspect that they could potentially host a similar event to announce the PS5 and reveal it at a venue like PSX. E3 is no longer what it used to be it may suck for gamers but that is the truth.

You know what it means it means E3 has become less and less relevant, Sony doesn't need E3 they can announce what they want in whatever manner they want just like Nintendo has been doing that for years now but they aren't going out of business. Yes but by only owing a Switch you will miss out on way more games than by just owning a PS4 at the end of the day they both have pros and cons. It's up to the gamer to decide what has more value to them but as a pure console the PS4 is a better choice unless portability is a must.
Only Nintendo fanboys think the Switch is a better deal than the PS4 right now, as others have stated the PS4 has more games available. Both have pros and cons but as a pure objective view the PS4 has more games thus more potential value unless portability is a deal breaker the PS4 holds more value.

You try to hard MS has no other option they have very few low quality AAA games so it's no wonder why all their games are on game pass. If Sony ever were to offer all of their exclusives on PSNow they would crush MS, I personally think streaming services are still ways off from offering a legit good experience but whatever.
Don't get wrong RDR2 will be GOTY for many people I'm just speaking for myself game play wise IMO Spiderman was more fun that is what I base my GOTY at the end of the day, I play games to have fun and half way through the story in RDR2 with many side quest completed I can say that RDR2 is a handful that is better taken in small doses because the controls are just too distracting for me along with minor annoyances that just add up to it feeling more like a chore than something I can en...
God of War has been IMO the best game this year no real issues with game, RDR2 will win many awards but my personal GOTY is God of War it was the most fun I had playing a game all year, followed by Spiderman and then RDR2. In that order many will disagree but that is how I feel RDR2 sluggish controls and small annoyances added up to me feeling like it was a chore to play at times.
My point is that there are issues that haven't been addressed and yet Rockstar is to busy with RDR2 online to fix these issues. I personally haven't had the bug that was found but there are likely more given how massive the game is so no I'm not lying, it's not just missing NPC's some people never get the tutorial for fishing that cut's that content out and there more bugs that set your horse on fire. The game does have issues even if you think they are no big deal.
No way very sad news, so sad but he will live on in the characters he helped created which have brought so much joy to many.
The same reason Bethesda can't be bordered to upgrade their god damn engine, people making excuses is the reason for Fallout 4 feeling like a last gen game as does RDR2. This is one of the reasons why MS is behind this generation and why they will likely never dethrone Sony, you can throw money into these studios but it won't be as good as developing your own talent by giving them creative freedom. Time will tell but only a handful of theses studios have a legit shot of creating some cool games and that's only if MS can manage to not medel in the development process.
