Both are very pretty, but does any of that really help you use a computer better? Takes me zero time to simply click another open window, why would i want it to do all that bs?
"Fragcast is proud to present 9 exclusive new pictures of Playstation Home – all of which are from the new ‘advanced version’ of the game. Enjoy!"
I think alot of people are going to be disapointed when they realise Home is NOT a game at all. So many people use the phrase 'i cant wait to play home' as if its just another mmorpg
This guys question just shows EA's attitude towards gamers. Most companies would want to develop things for home and xbox live because it enhances their product and gives more value to gamers. Going the extra mile for the consumer is something that is NOT EA's strong suit...something this guy only helps to make clear.
This just in, EA will be removing any easter eggs from all games as they do not see a financial insentive to keep them in.
<sigh> too bad thats not far from the truth..
These huge conglomerates will ruin games just as they have ruined movies. These giant companies attempt to maximize profits instead of harbor creativity using focus groups to attempt to pinpoint what consumers 'want' and sticking to any success theyve had like it was a holy grail (sequels). Eventually, the outlet for new fresh ideas, just as in the movie industry, will be indy developers.
It's a shame to buy a console for 1 or 3 games.
How is it a rip off? You keep your original case and disc, and are now able to buy the blu-ray version for only 11 bucks. Thats a good deal for anyone who wants to move their collection to blu-ray.
I'm glad this has been posted, I was almost worried that the daily 'MS has no plans for blu-ray addon' post wasnt going to make it...
</sarcasm>
We KNOW these things are coming. If these are real screenshots, thats good. But Has anyone ever noticed that people that post 'inside information' allways post the blurriest pics?
anyone have a link to the original video from 'silent rob'? that had me crackin up
Red rover red rover, i call Paramount on over...
You fail to see a standard corporate responce. You call most (not all) TV companies about how any game console doesnt work right on their TV, you are getting a similar responce.
This just in: Anything 'surfer girl' says = WGAS
Walmart is such an economic monster in the US, if they had announced this before Warner made their announcment, it would been just as strong of an impact.
"At its 2008 product showcase in Valencia, Panasonic revealed that every year, literally some people manage to hurl their Wii controllers at their expensive flat panel TVs"
Every year? its been out just over a year.
If i didnt follow gaming sites, id never have heard of it. I havnt seen any ads or anything for it.
Backwards compatibility is within an ever closing window. As time goes on, the need for it and the usefulness of it (for the majority) becomes less and less. IMO BC should be included in all PS3 sku's until sometime after the ps2 is no longer being produced, this will make it easier for current ps2 owners to migrate to something new as they will feel their current collection is still 'useful'
since people love blu logo's....

Doesnt make sense to write a piece like this before its even released.
I think he may mean dev time, 2008 marks the 3rd development year for the ps3.
