The stuttering you are referring to is easly fixed by clearing the cache. I never had the problem but anyone that did cleared cached and problem solved. It has less if any to do with programming expertise.
If you really owned a 360 you would know about this fix and how it takes 2 seconds and it's all good.. Nice try!

I finished the game on Heroic and I will say it is a fantastic SP! Took me about 12 hours to finish and it felt like the perfect amount of time.
MS manufactures these disc's themselves! Heck I saw Bill Gates at Microsoft with his DVD burner making the disc's in Redmond.
