This game is by far the best looking and has the most potential of any other console game coming out this year.
But the Wii owns Japan's console space both the PS3 and 360 need to pack up camp and go home.

While PS3 folks are talking about new games and new exclusives.. 360 folks are talking about finding a system that works, pink controllers and dev studios going out of business or being sold off, trying to find excuses for next-gen games that should be next-gen and not 640p. Freakin kinda sad for the Xbox platform and I love the 360.
Mass Effect needs to hurry up and get here so I can get excited again. The Halo buzz has already worn off.. =)
Yea I was going to say that one of those characters bears a striking resemblence to General Greivos(sp).. Yes, I remember when this game was announced multiplatform and then they canned the 360 version.. Never had an explaination why but they were one of the first developers to ditch the 360 and probably a trend we will continue seeing... Well unless it's some piss poor last-gen looking game like all EA titles, Codemasters, etc.. The 360 future looks to be crap third party games or 10,000,0...
It's great how he downplayed the PC over 360 version because fans were angry and the compaign was short when it was first announced.. But he's not holding back now some time has been put inbetween that initial announcement. %20 more SP on the PC, that is a lot more. I can honestly say I will not be buying any further Epic titles on the 360 because the better versions come out less than a year later on other platforms.
With Xbox 360 buttons on screen? All I can tell you is read the July issue of OXM and they are there, but there is no visible HUD.

@4.1 - You're right.. like 1/2 a demo. It's gimped if you want to take advantage of any of the Marketplace stuff.
@4.2 - Yup, its going to have HDMI+Wireless+Memcard+Arcade Games
Because about 4 months ago it was on the cover of Official Xbox Magazine and they were at Epic studios playing the game on the 360. Sounds to me like they are well into developement and I would guess that it's being built right along side the PC version.
The lead designer was quoted as saying "The 360 is the graphics bar we are using for this game, and our bigger concerns are getting it to run on lower spec PC's". Also quoted was a favorite of Sony fanboys to twist ...
The Core is gone and is being replaced by the Arcade Edition.
Wireless, 256 Memcard and some Arcade games.
Still I won't forgive MS for not putting a hard drive in the Core SKU.

But I do think that Halo 3 has moved consoles, just not as much as 360 fanboys have pumped it up to be. The holiday should be better, just having Halo 3 on the shelf will motivate a lot of 360 purchases.

I have to agree both the Pink and Blue controllers are ugly as sin. I guess I'm just not in the demographic they are trying to reach with these.. I could think of better choices for controllers. Another one of those WTF MS moments.

All the graphics in this pic look to be just like the game.
While I do believe this is not a direct tie-in to the game. This is all the same franchise and if kids like the anime and the cards they might pick up the game. So it does have something to do with the 360.
