Do you own a 360?? Do you know that there are easily 10x as many free themes on Xbox Live then there are on the PSN. Yes, themes cost money on the 360 and it sucks but there is a ton of free themes to chose from, enough that you never have to buy one if you don't want too. MS just gave away 5 new ones yesterday but of course nobody wasted everyones time with making a news post about it.

when you said R&C looks like an Xbox Live Arcade game. All I can say is, NO WAY and that you have never played R&C. I was kinda thinking all the Pixar comparisons where BS, but after I got into some later levels in the game I will say it looks kinda like a Pixar movie.

I agree this is just to get more money.. But I have a solution.. Don't buy anything if you don't like it. The last time I checked buying junk off the Marketplace is not a requirement to own a 360 or to play games on it.

Stop saying the PS3 is on par with the 360 in it's first year. The software sales alone trump both the Wii and PS3 in it's first year. Is that not a difference? So stop saying they are the same, they are not. Plus the 360 had huge supply issues in it's first few months of launch. People were lining up in February to still get them (I know I was one of them), you could find a PS3 from day one and they were never tough to find.
