It's UK, Australia, Canada and several other places. With the UK being the second largest market next to NA. I have yet to see any solid numbers that back the claim that the PS3 has outsold the 360 worldwide.. And keep in mind this is after a major price cut/New SKU for the PS3 and the 360 hasn't really had one at all yet. It's going to drop in price like a rock in 08 further widening the gap between the PS3.
Still it's far from doom and gloom for the PS3.

I didn't see the UK in your sales figures you posted. But anyway, this world wide PS3 beat 360 I have yet to see any solid numbers to back it up.
Is still my favorite snowboarding game ever!! On Tour, not so much.. They need to go back to the SSX3 flavor and bring it to next-gen. I still play SSX3 all the time.

Developer budgets and time are what's holding back gaming, not DVD. Not all companies are Sony, EA, Activision and can spend millions and invest 5 years into every game.
EDIT: Insomniac and Naughty Dog might as well be Sony. They are bankrolled by them I'm sure.. I'm also sure that neither are happy ...
at least the example given. DVD is just cheaper than BR right now and these devs/publishers are looking at every aspect they can to save money.
All I know is all the top rated games and GOTY canidates I've been playing all seem to fit fine on DVD(except Drakes). Could they have been better if they were on BR? are plenty free themes on the 360 and if you want to make your own background you can make as many as you want. It's just skins every blade the same, but it's no different since you can only see 1 picture on the XMB at one time. But the fact that you can change icons is great and I've already downloaded probably 20 or so themes and mixed and matched backgrounds with different icon sets.
It is cool no doubt.. But don't slag the 360 man because there are lots of cool profession...

All consoles offer something different and all have the strengths and weakness. Console competition is good and it makes each company work harder to out do the other. It is a good time to be a gamer.
Again another person trying to talk World Wide numbers and not including the UK where the 360 is beating the PS3. That is unless you think that Europe and the UK are the same thing.. And if that is the case then I don't want to hear your numbers anyway..
