Should not be harsh on this considering Mass Effect (a superb game) has problems with stuttering and texture pop-ins and this is from BioWare and an MS published game. I'm sure the problems are not as bad as the press is making it sound. This is a great game and a great value for so much gaming goodness.
They offer both SD and HD versions. Lots of films don't have HD versions made so of course those are all SD(still great quality). And no Silver members do not need to wait a week. They only have to wait sometimes on free content, but not always.

You can't call yourself a "sim" racing experience if your car bounces off walls like a rubber ball. This is next-gen and other games have done it so the bar has been set.

The 360 is due for a nice hefty price drop. This will really allow the 360 to get more to "Jump In".. It is just too closely priced with the 40gig PS3 SKU atm and without built-in WiFi or Blu-ray the perceived value is with the PS3. It's lacking in a few features and needs to be priced a bit more accordingly. Great game and I hope this secures ME2 and 3 as 360 exclusives. Add this one to the growing list of 1mil+ sellers on the 360.
Hopefully they fix the texture pop-ins in the next one and lose a couple of those elevators. =)
