What is this special knowledge you have?? I'm not one who can't take someone disagreeing so I did some searches on your terms. They resulting in nothing.. Now maybe you can paste in a link that explains what you are talking about. As far as I can tell this is talking about using DiVX for in-game cutscenes to take some load off the machine and for compression purposes.. Which is exactly what I am speaking about.. How many thousands was VGACharts off by on the NPD?? There margin of error easily covers the gap between the 360 and PS3.

You should try High Velocity Bowling on the PS3. The Sixaxis works brilliant and blows WiiSports Bowling out of the water.

People gave if flack because of the Halo 3 beta pack-in but the game managed to stand on it's own legs. It sounds from this article that Crackdown 2 is in the works but Real Time Worlds is not doing it.(?) Which is a shame, because just listening to this guy I think they would make an incredible Crackdown 2 from all that they've learned in the process.

@3.2 - You can do the same thing on the 360 version if you have the Vision Camera connected, otherwise it will just use your gamerpic.

I've seen no differences in graphics/performance from either the PS3 or 360 version in the comparisons I've done. It plays great on both.

Since MS development kits and software allow the devs to use in-game assets as cut-scenes easily. This accomplishes basically the same thing.. I really hate it when I am playing a game and it looks OK and then this CGI/Pixar cut-scene comes on. It messes with the emersion and if anything makes the actual game graphics look worse.

Fully destructable environments, with realistic bullet penetration. So if it's wood it splinters and bullets go thru, and if it's concrete the bullets chip away at it, similar to Call of Duty 4. Second, I hope for chaotic battles also like Call of Duty 4 with lots of enemies and bullets whizzing and soldiers yelling. A very cinematic experience.

Trolling is lame.. It sucks when it happens in 360 threads and it sucks in PS3 threads. Killzone 2 is definately not going to flop.

and it's only taken a huge price drop and an introduction of a new SKU to make that happen.. While MS did replaced the Core with a new Arcade SKU and took off $50 on it, there hasn't been a big 360 price drop.. MS hasn't even pulled out the big guns yet on pricing.

And Sony still hasn't managed to beat it in sales.. I do however think sales are on the rise for the PS3 so it's not all doom.
