It looks like most of the game will be running at 60fps most of the game anyway. Its only when lots of stuff is flying round on screen that it'll drop to 30fps and this is only so it can keep the detail.

MS wants market dominance, and this time round it has seen the Wii come in a steal its thunder.
MS sees a new market that the Wii has created, and I'll bet that they'll want to take a slice of that by creating more family orientated games.

Did you ever think that maybe MS caters too much for the English specking cultures, so the countries like Japan and Europe outside the UK prefer the PS3?
besides, the PS3 has a growing user base in the US and UK...maybe there’s a reason for that. Good hardware, good service and good games maybe???
It was the same to the tech for HD-DVD because there was little support outside the US, so of course it fell flat on its face.

If they continue, all it'll do is make further confusion for the consumer.
There is no chance that HD-DVD can come back from this without some major bribes going on. If they continue promoting it, the only reason I can guess they would want to do that is to destroy the market for HD...that would be stupid and prophetic.

I have my PS3 running 24/7 in the room I sleep in and I don't hear a thing unless I lessen for it. and even then I have to lessen hard.
May I suggest he turn the sound of the movie ON, so that there is something else making noise in the room.
