It doesn't matter if they are profiting or not, it's still infringement. The lawyers always win and coupled with Nintendo being a Japanese company? Pokemon Uranium and AM2R could be the greatest things ever and every time it was downloaded money was donated to starving kid, Nintendo would still have to file a cease and desist. It's not about the quality and you can bet people within Nintendo absolutely respect both of these games.

Yeah got a chuckle out of RIGS being the 'Wii Sports', the power of a Wii Sports like title for new hardware is it shows the capabilities of the hardware and was able to be picked up and played intuitively by almost anyone.
Other than maybe Headmaster I'm not seeing it on PSVR so far.
The same could be said of DX10 vs DX9, DX11 wasn't as egregious but it still came with a performance hit vs DX9/10 when it launched.
The things that DX12 is doing on a hardware level is something you want to see in more titles. Efficiency comes with experience, it's not a light switch.

Right, because my feeling that Infinite was an okay game is totally invalidated now. Discourse on the quality of games continues to be an either it's perfect or its trash, no shades of grey.
Infinite was far, far, far from perfect, but all of Matt's complaints are petty and kind of irrelevant. Was race going to be a main story thread or were Irrational just showing the reality for some of the inhabitants?
A) They are misunderstanding that MS/Major Nelson are heading off any offense that may crop up. (It's due diligence)

I haven't poked at this since the NA release, does the game have armour yet or is it still armour sets? The free to play gear system really turned me off.
They aren't perfect, I agree. But I'll take a little of this over Aiden Pierce any day.
