Nice! Glad to see the reviews thus far are overwhelmingly good. The main thing I wanted was to make sure I wasn't getting a typical FPS, this game seems like anything but ordinary and I'm super excited! Midnight release!
It's something refreshing and new. I have played through the demo around 30 times and loved every playthrough. Cannot wait for Monday night!
Not sure why people are bringing up Killzone in this thread, but I'll go on record as saying BulletStorm will sell better. Not just because it's multiplatform, but because it's something fresh and new and not a milked franchise.

The game is lots of fun, I've played the demo like 30 times already. The Gears 3 beta is worth the price itself, now throw in Gears 1 & 2 and all the DLC for an extra $5? That's perfect for anyone who wants in on an amazing franchise.
Even though I own Gears 1 & 2, I'll grab this because it's a new collection and has all the DLC, which I didn't have. So it in fact saves me money.
This is worth it especially if you want all the DLC as well, since that in itself is over $10 I believe off XBL. Amazing deal really. Should push more copies of Gears 1 & 2 as well as BulletStorm.

Have you ever downloaded games, movies, applications from online? Maybe from a torrent site? I love how now because it's the "Precious PS3" people all of a sudden hate Pirates and think something should be done.
Hypocritical much? If you've ever downloaded anything, you have lost the right to say anything. I often buy things and convert them to torrents and share them with others, so I feel no shame if I download a torrent from someone else doing the same. ...

I think Sony was hoping that Americans would latch on to him like they did with that fake Kevin Butler guy. The lowest common denominator often sells or whatever, I think the people have caught on now though.
Of course there was a decline in January, December was the Holidays. People need to think, I mean seriously.

I don't play P.C. games at all, I don't like P.C. gaming, never have. So it's not really my thing. Definitely prefer consoles all the way. Sit back with the ol Xbox 360 in my lounge and play over XBL. Just something about that appeals to me more then sitting straight up in an uncomfortable chair looking at a tiny screen using keyboard and mouse.
I'm hitting up the BulletStorm Midnight release for sure! Been waiting to play that game since last E3.
All the companies start on their next console after the release of the current ones. Doesn't mean were any closer to seeing one.
Also, Nintendo already said that if the adoption rate to 3-D got into 40% they might consider something with 3-D. Right now the adoption rate is 1%. Long ways to go.

Well personally I don't have any habits, It allows me more money for gaming and whatever else I might want to do. I look at gaming as a hobby/sport almost.
I have a clan and we game competitively, almost like a bowling league or softball league. So I have a little bit higher budget for games then most other people I know. I was just saying I'd rather have something to show for the money I'm spending then have nothing at all but a hangover or black lungs....

I wouldn't be surprised if BulletStorm sold 2+ million copies strictly for the Gears 3 beta, not to mention all the copies it'll sell just because it's an interesting and refreshing FPS in a stale genre.
Game looks beautiful no matter the case, nobody should be angry. Even though it's just a demo on the 360, I thought it was probably one of the best looking FPS games I've ever seen.
There should be no "Black History Month" in the first place. If everyone is equal then teach history of everyone, no matter what their color, creed, race, religion. That's just how it should be.
Why segregate yourself to a month? I have always felt this way about it.
I doubt Nintendo Launches something years ahead of the others, especially when the Wii is still the best selling console and by far.
