I know there was another reason I didn't like Killzone, based off some stupid Anime crap. Sony pushes that horrid form of "entertainment" on people and wonders why they don't do well in the states.

Your list is flawed, Bad Company, Resistance 1 and KZ2 brought nothing new to the FPS genre and stripped away simple things like a prone ability in the process.
Battlefield 2 Modern Combat brought something new, but not any Bad Company games, those games are horrid.
What I see around here is a bunch of butt hurt people that are upset because BulletStorm stole Killzones thunder and to top it off, it's gotten far better reviews.

It rekindled my love for them, I was feeling burnt out by the same old thing over and over again, nothing new, most games copy other games and don't bring anything new to them, so while the FPS genre is thriving, Bulletstorm makes me at least think now of interesting ways to kill people in other games, so in that way, it's changed what a FPS is to me, I'm always looking for exploding barrels in COD ect.... good stuff.
This is actually well said. I said the same thing, nobody cares about the characters in the Killzone game, I can't even name 99% of them.
There are more important things in making a killer app then ripping off old ideas and graphics.
Maybe take the Sony blinders off, anyone stop to think it's just not THAT great a game? More of the same old stuff? It brings nothing new to the genre and in fact steals recent additions by other games, such as Jet packs, 4 player co-op ect....

Dragon Age 2 is so tight and well done, so happy I pre ordered it.
Amazing new IP, honestly even though the Sony haters are hating on it because it's scoring better then KZ3, everyone should be happy that we got a nice new IP that brings something new to the old and boring and over saturated FPS genre.

Amazing games, I'm around 6 hours into the campaign. Well worth all the rave reviews it's getting. Glad to see a new IP and a change to the old stale genre that is FPS games.
I would love a portable Xbox. Especially with XBL on it and if they had achievements add to your regular XBL account, like the Windows 7 phone.
A portable Halo, Gears, Banjo, COD on a Microsoft platform with XBL support would be amazing. They could easily sell for a cheaper price, just go after gamers, straight up hand held gaming machine, none of this frilly crap that's not needed.
3rd party Exclusives are pretty close to being at an end anyway.

People underestimate the fact that 2 to 3 million Xbox 360 owners are going to buy this game simply for the Gears 3 beta, look back at Crackdown 1, millions bought that game for the Halo 3 beta and same with ODST to get into the Reach Beta, 3 million went on that beta.

3 Hours into the BulletStorm campaign and it's already sucked me in! Glad to see new IP's getting love. It's an instant classic. I didn't expect good reviews because this game is more of a guilty pleasure, glad to see everyone else is loving it as much as I am!
Oh Lawd.......I guess they are shooting for 5's and 6's in the review scores for that one.
