i'm not going to buy it just because it's an FF game, not to mention Square is long-dead in my eyes.
And this isn't the first time Kitase(or the rest of SE) was caught lying. Guess the rumours of content being removed were true after all :/
many will disagree, but my 2nd favourite FF is FF12. I consider both of them to be the more innovative ones in the series - they did it by CHANGING the system, and not by removing features like FF13.
are royalties M$ paid in advance and M$ keeps all the profit generated from the DLCs.
I don't buy it though, why would Take-Two be disappointed with the DLC sales if they don't get a slice of the pie to begin with?
as much as we want to show R* that they were wrong to accept M$'s deal, they are one year too late. Look at the amount of games coming out in the next few weeks. Only a minority of the GTA4 base would pass on them to get a year-late DLC for a 2008 game.

when was this ever announced to be free?? I would have paid for the free map too, it was really good.
yet they couldn't include the towns even though they already got it running on the PS3 hardware. Was there really such a lack of time that they couldn't polish and include them in the bluray?
I have people who have imported the game telling me that this is the FF with the least amount of content yet.

i'm getting WKC for sure, all my friends are getting it so we will be doing online quests together. And FF12 happens to be my 2nd favourite RPG, so this is a great combination.
As much as i like the Star Ocean series, i don't see myself paying full price for it. I expect the combat system to be top-notch but with a crappy story and weak character cast like its predecessors. However, the fact that its sub-HD and a former M$ exclusive pisses me off so this a wait-and-see.

i'm guessing that MHF exclusivity was bought by M$. But do we really want a port of a 3 year old PC MMO? Check out the graphics,i'm not joking when i say it looks like a psp game

personally, i found Darksiders to be a more enjoyable experience...maybe it's because i have low tolerance for bad music,character designs,story,graphics and voice acting. Or maybe because i find the combat to be overrated, it certainly didn't 'revolutionize' the action genre like what many are saying, and it certainly didn't require any tactical thinking or creativity to beat the game :/
but from what i can understand
a) The PS3 unique architecture is preventing these hackers from achieving the most sought after feature - ability to play pirated games
b) free publicity for PS3 :)

Hope they sell well though, i don't really fancy those quasi-shooter/RPG hybrids and i don't want to see them dominating the genre
