Firstly, the article clearly stated that both versions runs equally well during gameplay but the PS3 has the upperhand in CGI and cutscenes,
so i'm not sure where you get the "in some cases looks better" idea from.
Secondly, i know i can't speak for the rest but this is exactly what i expected after they announced the change to multiplat Crystal Tools. Putting the 'gimping' issues aside, it should be common knowledge by now that specialised engine gets more out of...

ever since SE changed to the multiplat Crystal Tools i never expected there to be huge differences between the 2 versions visually.

sigh~ read what he typed again. That kitty was suggesting that QTE doesn't constitute as gameplay. SlimDaddy replied by saying that gameplay comes in many different flavours and by not recognising QTE as one of them, kitty is just being foolish. And i agree with him

Based on what the reviewer said, it should have been a 95 but they only uses integers
if familiarity is the the only thing stopping it from a perfect 10, i've no doubt this game is going to blow my mind.
great score considering GOW2 got only a 8 from these guys and that game is the pinnacle of action games imo.
