If Halo Reach is more of the same Halo then COD MW2, is just another COD4 game.

I believe the reason they take these things out was to cut costs, but not because they say no one cares about them. They just say stuff to have a reason.
The "rumble is last gen" comment from Sony was because of they were sued in 2004 by Immersion because it made illegal use of haptic tech(rumble). "Sony is currently appealing against an injunction that would prohibit it from making or selling PlayStation controllers featuring rumble technology"

but i agree with you on the part where you say that it could be a serious console seller. Call of Duty is the most favored game between my friends, mainly because most of them own a 360. I stopped playing with them online, because I started to play Killzone 2(got it just a few days ago).
Exactly, they still make a lot of money, but they could make even more money.
GTA gets boring after a while, but its fun once you've stopped playing for a while, and picked it up after a long time.

well... that's business. Sony does this too, but they were well prepared with the ps3. Their mistakes are more discrete than Microsoft's. Remember how "rumble was last gen", and now their trying to get into motion controls after seeing the wii, AND they're constantly improving psn to make it overall a much better value than xbl.

I disagree on the part where you think GT5 will sell more than GoW. I think GT5 WILL help the ps3 out a lot, but it has competition from Forza... why would 360 owners buy a ps3 for GT5 when they have Forza.
God of War 3 on the other hand has no exclusive competition.

God of War 3 is definitely a console seller, because it has a good reputation on the ps2, much like mgs series.
If Sony were smart they would make a God of War 3 ps3 bundle.

They really need to stop putting supported resolution 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p on the 360 versions of every game.
This is very misleading, and leads people to believe that the ps3 version is inferior because it doesn't "support" all resolutions.
