I've had my XL for ages. I'll wait a little bit to save up and hopefully get my hands on the new XL. That way I can give the old one to a friend. :)
I have a feeling it will basically be like how they are in Smash. They are AI characters that you can make stronger and pit against other Amiibo characters. I just wish a single figure could be used for more than one game. :(
That certainly does make a lot of sense. Thanks a lot for that explanation wonderfulmonkeyman. Have a bubble! :)
Me too. Though I am also very intrigued by Splatoon. I would very much like to see a colorful shooter like this one succeed.
I was told the Wii RE games all supported GCN and Classic controllers.
I guess it's because I'm pretty new to Zelda, but I'm not opposed to the idea since according to Hyrule Historia the Links are not the same. I feel like if one happened to be born female it would not be too farfetched. Would even just an option be too much or is Link's gender that far integrated into his legacy? I suppose that is up to the long time fans and Nintendo to decide. In my humble opinion though I'd be A-OK with FemLink as well as a playable daughter or sister or...
Can't they try both in separate games?
I've seen Pikmin and Mario 3D World commercials but not much else.
Much of the really good Miiverse art I've seen come from girl Miis. I'm pretty surprised by this too to be honest.
Let's let the consumers decide that. I personally liked it. Probably won't rebuy it on Wii U, but people should be allowed to decide for themselves if it is worth it.
I played it on Steam and it's actually not too bad if you don't mind waiting for a sale. $20 was too much for how short it is. But I liked the story. Other than that there isn't much else to say about it. $5-$10 is more appropriate for the price IMO.
I think the people writing these articles are slowly going bananas. :P
They should really consider doing a Bayonetta 2 Direct.
Yeah I'm getting annoyed at the repetitive nature of these articles. Nintendo has their own share of fault on third party support or lack thereof, but third parties themselves are also to blame. It is the developer's job to make a good game and it is the publisher's job to make each version appealing. Mix it all together with Nintendo not marketing Wii U very much and you have a recipe for disaster for everyone.
The casuals abandoned the Wii U. Gamers are the only ones buying the console now especially Nintendo fans.
I don't think so. :P http://www.destructoid.com/...
Actually in context Miyamoto is saying that the behavior of not challenging yourself as a gamer is pathetic, not necessarily casual gamers themselves. You may want to read the article.
Personally I'm just glad Miyamoto is interested in catering to the needs of gamers again. Using the word pathetic is probably a little aggressive but his reason for saying it isn't untrue if you read the article. Rather than complaining I just appreciate that they realize which audience will actually stick with them.
I almost always wait for Steam sales. I had been itching to play The Walking Dead Season 2 for a couple of months but it went sale for about 40% off on Steam during early summer. Not a bad value for the followup to such a classic game.
Now that it means very much, but if you trade in your old 3DS they usually let you transfer your data before you turn it over. That at least can shave off some of the money you have to spend. I have to wait a while before I can get the new model because I'm putting a lot of my cash into a PS4 right now.
