I think negative reviews in general get more spotlight time. The Gamespot review of Destiny is one of the hottest articles this week but it was certainly not the only review with the general consensus being mixed to positive just like Hyrule Warriors here. Everyone just wants to focus on negativity. It sucks. :(

Isn't drivel a little harsh? He was defending the term gamer in the article and speaks very positively about the medium. But judging from your comment below, I take it you did not read past the second paragraph?
Nice rant. I really liked the article. I personally don't want the term gamer to go away either. A few bad eggs does not mean the term gamer or gamers in general are dead and I also agree with the sentiment that the term applies to anyone who is passionate about and plays many games.
I'm laugh cuz it's funny and crying because it's sad at the same time. :P
To be fair Nintendo is the only one that offers completely different games from Sony. Xbox and PC share PS4 multiplats so Nintendo compliments them better than the others do.
Have Nintendo ever done console revisions like that?
Not that it very much matters but I don't see why Nintendo fans or haters care so much about this one review. It's not like the other reviews are not all 7s and 8s across the board which was pretty much expected. One review a general consensus does not make.
Actually the Metacritic score for Destiny is a 76 and Hyrule Warriors got a 74. Can we talk about how neither of these scores are necessarily bad and the one two outright negative reviews they got shouldn't deter people from enjoying what they want?

Just checked it on Wikipedia and it seems that that's inaccurate. It was published by Nintendo but only in EU and Australia. Everywhere else was Sega's doing and the game was developed by Sonic Team and Dimps.

Destiny's staying power belongs to PS4. Plus there is Smash Bros. to consider.

Holy cow! PS4 and Wii U owners are really lucky to have such a talented developer on hand! Everyone should keep an eye on these guys. :)
I don't know why you got so many disagrees. Daikatana was a straight up bad game. Destiny can actually be enjoyed if you like co-op shooters.
