Sunset Overdrive was exclusive to Xbox and now there is zero chances of a sequel on Xbox. Pretty much the same thing, but I don't have a problem with that because Insomniac is a 1st party studio now to Sony. It wouldn't make sense for them to release anything on another platform. Anyone complaining about Hellblade 2, and any other 1st party games not being released on playstation is using a straw man argument to try and make a connection to this issue at hand.

You're comparing apples to oranges. It's not the same thing. Everyone was complaining about how Xbox didn't have enough exclusives, which they didn't, so they acquired several studios. They took away the depth and charm of the game that made it fun and interesting, and made it into a generic zombie killing game.
I never want to hear anyone complain about MS having their own timed exclusive game/DLC after this since so many people here are so quick to defend this.
Sony has there own timed exclusives as well. I don't have as much of an issue with timed exclusive games than I do with exclusive DLC.
Avowed is a 1st party game made by a 1st party developer. Not even the same thing at all.

Well I imagine most people, including myself, would rather play on an actual console and TV, but when you're on the go and don't have that option, this is a great alternative. That is really all this is, an alternative way to play.
It's stating what is included in Game Pass Ultimate now. That doesn't mean they won't remove it in the near future. they wouldn't leak that info before they officially announce it.
I don't see xbox merging Gold and Gamepass into one service. Making players have to have gamepass to play online would be dumb af. I'm excited to try this new store. my biggest issue with the current store is how it's not very controller friendly. This new store looks like a big improvement over the current one.
Xbox 1st party is loaded next month. Battletoads, Flight Sim, wasteland 3, and Tell Me Why. I can't remember the last time Xbox had 4 1st party games in one month.

Insomniac owns the Sunset Overdrive IP. If they wanted to, they could bring the the game over to playstation and make a sequel later on. I don't see why Sony wouldn't allow it. If that day comes, I won't be upset about because why would I be upset about a Sony 1st party studio making a game only for playstation, regardless if previous games were multiplat or exclusive.
