2 Demo's = I'm happy. I was actually wanting a Quake War's demo cause I'm unsure of what to think of that game at the moment. I was thinking of renting to make up my mind, but this demo has saved me a couple quid :)

I wouldn't say anything is 'new', I'd just say it's all refined. The gameplay is alot smoother and just has a better feel overall. The addition of the little bar indicating how hard your pass/shot is a nice improvement too. Oh and also the celebrations and managers, but those aren't really anything too important. I think they've changed the 'be a pro' camera angle too, to be the same as what it is when you play the game normally - it makes it easier.

I'm in the same boat. I'll gladly admit Euro2008 plays better than Fifa08, but it just feels like half a game at the full price. You'd imagine they'd make Fifa09 better than Euro2008, but worse case scenario is they screw up and you can get Euro2008 for cheaper! My mates are trading in Fifa08 to get Euro2008, but I've decided I'm waiting for Fifa09.

Konami have certainly found a way to separate the people who REALLY want to try out this beta, from those who aren't too bothered!! First of all you need to download the first update (which took me 8 hours on p2p) and then you have to go through what can only be described as the worse sign-up process I've ever come across (well, PES2008 was pretty bad too).

Anyone who has managed to sign up since they released the beta download, are either very lucky - or just very patient and re...

Does it really matter what console this game is more popular on? Shouldn't we all just enjoy the game and not really worry about this sort of stuff? Just be glad you're playing it because it's not an exclusive!

Sorry to break it to you buddy, this is for the UK store. You've still got to wait around 3 weeks more. Sorry :'(

Yay, they've updated the entire store. Anyone notice the little advert about the store saying "great new look - coming soon!" on the side? (you'll need a widescreen tv to see it I think, since the store has a different layout)

Also, anyone notice that the release date for the new content is 27-Mar-2008 for the new content apart from GT5:P?

EDIT: The disagrees! lol So my eyes are lying to me and the entire store hasn't updated? Then how am I downloading the ...

So does that mean the entire PSN update will go Live today? Surely they wouldn't hold off the entire update because of the release of GT5:P?

It's working for me? Is anyone else having problems?

I played this at the Play.com Live event and I have to say that I'm definitely looking forward to this game. It's a must have in my eyes along with the rest of many many games coming out. It's a shame they wont give a date for when this is coming out though. When I asked the guys at the event, all they said was "Spring". Darn.

Sweet. So who's lucky enough to have this game already in the UK? I know some people are!

Does anyone know whether this is a download only game? I had the impression from previous previews that it'd be available on Blu-ray also. I prefer to have a physical disc rather than a download...

Definitely looking forward to this game though, especially online racing!

This article doesn't actually state anything about the game being delayed. It merely says that instead of there being a pinpoint day when it'll be released, that it's now just a month. For all you lot know, it could be coming out sooner! Don't be so quick to jump the gun :)

I live in England (Europe) and here GTAIV for 360 & PS3 costs the same £49.99 RRP

6552d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

There isn't an issue in Europe. All multiplat games are the same price on 360/PS3 (apart from the DMC4 example) as they are in the US. All games have a RRP (recommended retail price) which is usually around £49.99 and retailers generally discount this down to £39.99 apart from the few harsh high street stores. So, Sony can't do anything as no retailers charge over the RRP apart from the odd few that might charge the full RRP rather than discount it down like everyone else.

The price is the same between PS3 and 360 in England.......

This is the problem with the internet, false articles get read and are treated as fact because it's online.

6552d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

The UK stores ARE doing the same. Even WH Smith, which this story is talking about, is selling them at the same price! http://www.whsmith.co.uk/Ca...

I could also list EVERY website which sells games that shows it's the same price. This article is based on false details which have already been proven to be bull.

That's what I was thinking. I was thinking to myself 'why is this one compatible but their older ones not?'

6553d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

The worse thing is, the website of the retailer which was apparently selling the PS3 version more expensive had both versions at the same price!

Then you had all the comments from people who just read the title without looking into it and jumping on the banwagon of wrong information. This was des...
