How does this get approved each week as "European"?? lol Usually it's just Germany and Spain, but this week they've included Sweden - that's hardly Europe! I know the site's headline says 'European' and you're meant to copy it, but it's just wrong.
EDIT: Thanks Baba1906, at least you understood me :) What I'm trying to say is that the title is completely misleading as it only lists three European countries.
I like the list you put together. Looking at all those games shows that eventually you'll be able to live off of just exclusive titles and not have to rely on multi-platform games as much as we do now. I wont get into the whole "who has better exclusives" but what I will say is that list proves that there is a lot of diversity in the exclusives which Sony create. One of the things I really like about my PS3 is that I know I'm going to be able to get lots of different types of games....
The Xbox is getting all of them but 3 (Time Crisis, Uncharted, Haze) so it's a good month for both consoles! So I think to say 'nothing' is a bit harsh ;)
Only problem with that comment is that only 3 (Time Crisis, Uncharted, Haze) out of all those games are exclusive to the PS3.
It's a great month for both consoles :)
If you can wait and have some generous friends/family/relatives, then Christmas is just round the corner and you could perhaps get some/all of these games then! I'm certainly having to put a few games on my 'wish list'!
The UK isn't getting all those games in November I'm afraid. COD4, Bladestorm, LEGO Star Wars, Assassin's Creed, Need for Speed, Elder Scrolls GOTY, Kane & Lynch, Haze, NHL 2k8, NBA 2k8, WWE Smackdown, Ratchet & Clank, Half Life 2, Lair, Stranglehold, Playstation Eye and The Simpson all come out in November for us (and a few other smaller games). The other games on the list come out as below:
Blacksite - January 08
Soldier of Fortune - December 07
Medal of...
Kane & Lynch looks like a very interesting game that deserves to be checked out. GOTY stands for Game of the Year - in this case for Oblivion. It's basically Oblivion with all the expansions and extras all on one disc.
Yeah, it's coming out in the UK by itself for £24.99. Should be out 09/11/07

That came out last week
The points this (and other) reviews make about how there is nothing new in this version is irrelevant to me as it's the only PES that is out for the PS3. So for some, this will be their first 'next gen' football game and that will be enough. That's my case at least!
Gameplay is the most important feature to me and that's the reason I wont be getting FIFA 08 this year.
Also, the slowdowns don't bother me and it's still very much playable (and enjoyable!).
I'm so glad PES2008 arrived at my door step today because this update is certainly not inspiring. Since I have a US account, this update (in terms of demo's) isn't of any use to me. Here's to another week of looking forward to the US store update!
Although the PixelJunk Racers looks tempting to me and any free game update such as the MotorStorm one is welcome.
(anyone else having trouble connecting to the EU store?)
Haven't tried the software, but there are two ways of getting the PSEye: by buying The Eye of Judgement (which is getting mixed reviews due to it's exclusive target audience) or by buying the PSEye on it's own when it comes out in two weeks.
Why pay when you get it for free with the PSN?
I have experienced quite a bit of lag on XBL, so if you're talking about that then you're clearly blinded (sorry to be harsh)
Yeah, just been playing online and I can safely say it's not very acceptable.
Wonder what the problem is?
For all you Xbot trolls, this isn't a Sony or a Playstation problem - it's Konami's. So why don't you go and edit all your stupid 'jump on the band wagon' comments?
(For the record, I've never experienced lag on my PS3 before this)
And one last side comment, the so called frame-rate problems certain reviewers made a complete fuss...
I find it staggering when I hear people completely relying on reviews. This is the first negative review I've read of PES 2008 and all of a sudden this game isn't as good as it was an hour ago! You know, one reviewer gave Halo 3 a 7/10, I bet that stopped you from buying it. This game is still going to average around 9/10, so don't get your panties in a twist.
PS. Has anyone read the alternative source? "9.3 Overall - The best football game on the PS3, enough said." ...
In a magazine they were talking about releasing a 4-player co-op demo. So this might be a multiplayer demo! This game actually looks good in terms of features, but for some reason I'm still unsure on it.
Has anyone seen a good review for this game yet?
I'm just glad they're selling the camera separately!
Don't listen to TheMART he's too blinded by his RROD to follow the news.
The 5 free blu-ray offer got extended to 31/01/08 but is only valid in the USA and Canada (not the UK!). Click the link below for full details.

I've said this before and I'll say it again - how can a game with so many flaws get such a good score?? Gamesrader were the first to do it (admit they gave it a really high score and then go on to complain about all the things wrong with it) and it's the same here, they said they gave it 9.7 but yet there are at least 10 problems?
Someone please explain this to me cause it makes no sense what so ever.
If these are all done in real time then that is just cool :) For £24.99, I'll certainly be picking this up. Nice one Sony.
