These two remasters have been forgotten a month after the PS5 was released. Game Pass has taken over since then ... 4 months and counting.
to Wintersun616: BIG OLED TV and a couch gives you a more immersive experience and also the Game Pass selection is better on console. I have been on a console for a long time but I tried to connect my One X to a 27" 4K monitor and I felt very cramped and the screen wasn't even comparable to a good 55-inch + TV. Just too small to enjoy games, sorry but true. For me, there's no reason to choose an expensive $2000 PC instead of XSX, which does 4K/60 for $500. Many games are availabl...
But why? Playstation fans hate renting games! The funny thing is that Sony invented the Playstation Now 3 years before the Game Pass, but because MS does a much better job, they hate it.

I expect most people to switch to the Xbox if they ACTUALLY know the price of Game Pass Ultimate.

I currently pay € 20 a year and I'm not even kidding. Sony people are not up to date with Xbox news and offers, since the platform is not appealing to them but for how long can you resist if you finally are ...?
Where do you buy your Game Pass? It costs € 40 a year. Have you heard of converting Gold to GPU 1:1? or even sharing an account with your friend and divide the cost even by 2. Play and download all the games at the same time, no restrictions. I currently pay € 20 a year for Game Pass Ultimate.
You have absolutely no idea how much Game Pass costs, my friend. You can convert Gold to GPU 1:1 for 40 euros a year. Share an account with a friend, you can download and play all Game Pass games at the same time, complete freedom, no restrictions. Not like PlayStation Now, where only one account can play at a time. 20€ a year for a Game Pass Ultimate, including all the first party games day one. Blayctation, what?
The future of the Xbox One was decided before the console came out. Phil took it over in 2014 to start clearing the mess left by the previous team. You can't change all the preparations and decisions made for the Xbox One overnight.
PS5 just got off a better start with two remasters and the new controller but the time goes on, people starting to realize that the Game Pass is the way to go.
You can still buy the game physically around a year later, if it has left the Game Pass but by then, the game has dropped more than half of its original price. You can start playing with pennies and later buy after big discounts. You've forgotten most of the games by then, but you have that option if you need it.

You are clearly blind. This generation they actually "TRY". The last time this happened was in 2005, after the release of the Xbox 360, where the PS3 probably sold just a few million more units. Given their RROD rate of around 23.7%, Microsoft could have been the theoretical winner. How do you probably determine who won the war, still by sales numbers, right? After the release of the Xbox One, 8 years later, the consequences are still being felt strongly and it wi...
How long do you want the games to stay in the Game Pass? One year is not enough? You have two choices, whether these games will stay there forever (and new ones cannot enter) or the games will replace each other over time? Probably the last option, right? Because no 3rd party game can stay there forever...otherwise you have to pay for it sort of forever, which is neither realistic nor sensible to do.
There would also be a third option, pay double the money for the GP and yo...
They don't chase console numbers, otherwise they wouldn't release all the games on the PC. They just offer you enough options to stay in their ecosystem. Game Pass (console + PC), Cloud gaming on tablets and phones. It would be pointless to say something like that, because that is not even their goal.

It's true that Xbox One versions continue to decline the quality for years to come, until they finally let go of old systems. Also, 343 is not exactly a world-class studio, no matter how much money you throw at them. We'll see, we all have high hopes. One year just to polish the game, several studios and hundreds of people involved.

Only developers can make the game shine, not TFs or number of CUs. Microsoft needs to release its first party games before you can compare such things at all. Here is a Outriders comparison from a guy who prefers PS5 over the XSX: http://www.youtube.com/watc... #long and slow paced video...
Less CUs clocked higher is definitely weaker and less sustainable and also mean that PS5 is going to be 30-50% less powerful when it comes to Raytracing for sure.

In 2012, they announced that they would release a world-class game in every possible way. Years before they started working on the game, they were already talking about such things in public. It's like shooting in the head that day.
The best games in the world are made in complete silence. The more you promote and talk about your game, the more s**t it will be. It's sad to see how people still don't know how the Universe works. The laws of nature do not support such things like overconfidence combined with greed.
All consoles are sold out (except Series S). The PS5 went into mass production about 2 months earlier but Microsoft waited until the RDNA2 chip was finalized and all the features included, Sony refused to wait and some features are missing from the chip but got more consoles produced and therefore sold. The Xbox is doing absolutely well considering 0 games.
