You can buy a Game Pass for 3 years for less than $ 150 (buy 3 years of Gold + $ 1 and convert into a GPU). If you play 15 games during this time, 5 games a year that interested you. 343 just has too much to carry on its shoulders, 5 different platforms, cross-play between them all and multiplayer is like making another game within an existing game (campaign). No less important and not a small part of the game. The maps are completely separate from the campaign. I actually feel sorry for 343.

MS almost destroyed themselves with the last generation, what else did they have to do? Hoping for organic growth like PS does? Time is a crucial factor and they did what they had to do. The initiative is their newly formed studio, but it is not easy to find experienced developers to build 10 more similar studios (even if money is not an obstacle). Even the Initiative is a small studio ... up to 50 ppl. They barely got one together.
