Sony had the best one in Mod Nation Racers on PS3. That was a fantastic kart racer with great creation tools that allowed you to create/customize characters, vehicles, and tracks! Plus I liked that the game gave you the choice to expend power ups as either weapons, shields, or speed boost. It added an element of strategy not typically found in other Kart Racers. I would LOVE for Sony to bring that IP back!
I hope not! I had bigger expectations for Switch 2 than that!
Does Xbox still make sense in 2024?
Not figuring out a PSVR backwards compatibility solution was a big mistake IMO. That should've been a design non-negotiable from the very beginning.
Devs want it though because its a less time and labor intensive way of creating reflections.
My two favorite things shown during SGF.
Comments like this are so dumb. Who else would this be an issue for? I never claimed to be speaking for anyone else. I don't give a rats ass about these "tons of games" because I'm over the outdated hardware and lousy performance.
Meh, wake me up when you finally decide to unveil new hardware. I'm over playing games on this potato.
Cyberpunk already performs great on PS5. I'm not looking to revisit that one on Pro just for some improved ray tracing. RDR2 is another story though!
Still haven't played this game because of this very reason. I missed the boat on RDR2 originally and now that I am so accustomed to playing games at 60fps + I cannot go back to 30. I hope Rockstar patches this game sometime in the future or releases a Remastered version.
Been saying this for years. People who love this game must be easily entertained.
Ubisoft is like a bakery that makes the most beautifully decorated cakes you've ever seen. However when you taste one, it has no flavor whatsoever!
The two Ori games as well. I have a feeling those will get announced too.
Chick still ugly lol.
The Steamdeck has currently sold around 3 million worldwide. A handheld Xbox would be lucky to double that. As others have suggested, there IS no handheld war. Nintendo owns it.
I had both but I preferred the Genesis for the sports games and I liked Sega's 6 button controller better for fighting games. That D pad was a godsend to pull off Street Fighter moves!
The "golden age" of gaming to me was between 1995 and 2000 when it was a 3 horse race between Sony, Nintendo, and Sega. For me, there WAS no console war because I genuinely loved all 3 platforms, with each bringing something unique to the table. I miss that era.
Halo with Dualsense capability would be cool. Hearing Cortana's voice through the controller speaker would be a cool addition as well!
Sorry but, doesnt this essentially already exist in Halo MCC? It didn't say remake, it said remaster. What more can they do with it outside of what was already done?
Abso-freaking-lutely!
