Well, that is me assuming from few people's opinions but definitely seems the game is wayy better than that inital janky beta-like trailer.
Konami kind of sabotaged both them and bloober with that weird decision of a reveal trailer, for some reason.
Even Bloober responded within a day after that State of Play that they requested Konami against the decision to share that janky trailer.
Also I dont get why some people (from reading some comments) want this Remake ...

First off, this is Henderson's article, he seems to get these leaks right.
And 2nd, maybe they have halted the co-op development for now ... who knows?
Henderson's report is not related to the current delay. He just got to know, that a major undisclosed feature is/was also in development. (Similar to Tsushima)

The co-op has been in development for a long time and has no relation to the delay.
Its a post launch feature with no set release date.

I dont get Ubi's struggle with new Splinter Cells ... if anybody has seen the latest AC Shadows gameplay trailers ... they show their focus on GI lighting solutions for immersive shadow based gameplay.
Guess which IP can benefit from this greatly without crafting a huge open world?
Its the age of ray tracing ... why not craft a tight Splinter Cell game with purely RT-only based GI? Can pump up the RT fidelity since it'd be a tight corridor-ed game and not huge open w...
Without the parent company ... they wouldn’t have the bought big publishers and instead would've worked better with the few 1st party studios they've got.

The Decima version still looks good and better in some scenes compared to the UE5 Remake.
Would've preferred if they Remastered it instead using later Decima features and ported to PC & PS5 and then made the sequel with UE5.
