Sir, finishing this fight

If they compromise single player quality for online, then my love for this series will RAPIDLY drop. The money-making machine that is online is honestly holding back great single player experiences imo. Rockstar is one of the few who can truly excel at both, and I hope for their sake that they continue to make single player great.

I signed up for beta and have been playing on testing days for weeks. It's great fun, I would prefer a fable 4, though.

@raggy-rocket there*

Yeah when they ask him a question, he should just sit their in silence because you can't stand the sound of a gaming exec not stirring.

Get over it

Can we stop getting loads of articles about the same interview, it's just for clicks and all this does is start arguments.

3802d ago 4 agree0 disagreeView comment

People on here miss the point, whether he's saying that because he's losing or not, the 'console war' is still pathetic and all this bickering needs to stop.

3802d ago 4 agree2 disagreeView comment

I may be a hypocrite as I've used the term many a time but the 'console war' needs to die and these clickbait bold and vitriolic titles need to gtfo. This is why both sides are in a perpetual state of argument, they're fuelled by tripe like this. Just stop

"It doesn’t mean I don’t think VR has great experiences to offer. I think it does, and we’ll find those, and people will love playing those. I love playing games in my family room with my kids. I love people coming together and watching what’s happening on screen and laughing, and the kind of fun of what video games were always about. That doesn’t mean that can’t happen in a kind of socially connected VR environment, but to me it would be too bad if all gaming became people with head mou...

He was talking about the franchise length, not its success. Why can't everybody see that.

3803d ago 12 agree8 disagreeView comment

A lot of people on the thread seem to think he's saying it can be as huge in entertainment/as popular as star wars. It can't. He's saying it can last as long due to the immense amount of content to utilise.

And TECHNICALLY, Halo currently has more lore than Star Wars due to Disney being idiots and declaring everything non-canon.

I don't really see why people are up in arms about what he said. I do see why people WANT to be up in arms about it...

3803d ago 8 agree3 disagreeView comment

Actually the lore in the star wars films is delivered poorly, everything is just there with no real explanation of how and why. It's the story people enjoy, the proper lore is delivered in other media, as is the same with halo

People must understand he's not saying Halo is as big in entertainment as Star wars or Spider-Man. He's saying that the universe is so big and the lore is so immense and quickly growing that there is absolutely enough content to make it last...

Thank God, I loved the first one so much and I hated the cliffhanger, need to see the conclusion/next part of the story!!

Not in this article, but in general, sites NEED to stop spoiling things. Having

*SPOILERS*

'how to take down the kraken in halo 5'', showing a picture of this huge boss AND stating it's 2/3 of way through the campaign all without me even clicking on the article is absurd. Too many things are being spoiled now. I just hope it's not a huge thing for the story of anything or that there's any buildup now everyone's just vomiting as much i...

No, so stop asking, getting really tired of these articles now.

I think so. A universe that big can have a hundred games and still interest me. SO much to play with, be great to see a forerunner trilogy if they ever close down Master Chief, that era, despite all the books, is still shrouded in mystery.

I was talking about dlc. Bethesda dlc has always been amazing

3803d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

I meant for the specific games I listed. I would wouldn't trust gearbox with anything other than borderlands, dice with anything other than battlefield etc.

The only halo dlc released so far has been great. The halo 4 map packs were great and they added ODST for like $5 on MCC. For the disagreers, I was talking specifically about the game highlIghted and ONLY about dlc

Not watching to avoid spoils, but I already sucumbed to the opening cinematic and a tiny portion of blue team intro, I wish I didn't cus it spoils things, no matter how small which annoys me but it's all my fault, I keep looking cus I can't help myself. Definitely not watching the gameplay or the rest of blue team intro. I'm so hyped for this game, so much so that I know it's gonna be my game of the year. Come on October 27th!!!

And if you haven't alre...

Never ever buying a season pass from a studio I don't 100% trust to deliver great content ever again. Studios I do trust include:

Bethesda
343i (My love for Halo would love any dlc admittedly. The halo bias is strong in this one)
Gearbox (for Borderlands)
Dice (for battlefield, premium is amazing value)
Telltale (obviously)

Anyone else I need full proof that all content will be sufficient and even then I might not. Fool me ...
