I don't think he was trying to offend or try and divert consumers or anything (he answered a question), just the fact they haven’t dropped the price officially at all so far and they're gonna want to reinvigorate their huge sales over Xbox at a time of year when Xbox one is going to sell like hot cakes. I think it's a smart business prediction, but it'd also be smart to predict no price drop due to how fast PS4 is selling. I think both decisions are a very real possibility

Agreed. I so wish the population of Halo multiplayer becomes huge and thriving again like it once was. Hopefully the good reviews and huge marketing push will win back those who felt betrayed after MCC and some newcomers too and the multiplayer will be back to what it once was.
I so hope this gets 9s and 10s. This Halo really deserves to be back into the 90s on Metacritic where it belongs. Not that it matters, the multiplayer alone makes this a 10/10 already, which I won't even touch until I've finished the entire campaign solo legendary (on normal first, though, for a more cinematic and enjoyable experience)
I mean when it was years on, instead of finally picking them up cheap, I knew there'd be a collection of remasters since next gen was just starting and I was never itching to get them so I was willing to wait. Gonna be great finally experiencing the classics
