I think they'll have quite a few games to show for Natal but they'll be mainly casual games. It's the core games that I'll be interested in but I have nothing so far too be interested in when it comes to Natal.
A 360 slim would certainly interest me though as long as it's cool, quiet and reliable that is.

I'd have thought an RPG would be the obvious choice when deciding what kind of LOTR game to make. I don't think I know of any. I hope this turns out to be good but an Elder Scrolls style of game would be great.
I agree a lot of them are being twats but bubble count has nothing to do with it at least it didn't used to.
I remember a time when fanboys' bubble counts would go up and down like crazy. One day it'd be 7ish bubbles and the next down to 1. Before long it was back to 7.

Doesn't GT5 run at 1080p? In which case it'll look amazing anyway but I'm not sure. I've never played a GT game so I'm not a fan of the series but I'm expecting GT5 to win me over.
Just for consoles? It would be nice if you could get 5 years as the standard for all electronics but that isn't the case. 3 years seems to be what most companies give you and an extra 3 years for for a little extra cash isn't so bad IMO considering it's not the only thing you get for your money. Plus, plenty of retail stores charge for extra warranty coverage on products anyway.

I agree but the thing about using the X-Com name is that it already has a following and by using the name you've already got the attention of those people whereas using a new name would have no following until people have played it.

They should stick with the original style of game and improve on it. The fact that it's going to be an FPS makes me want to try the original games to see what the XCOM series is about since the FPS will likely not do it justice.
The camera tracks the position of the viewers eyes.
That information is then used to beam the image in the direction of the eyes. I'm assuming a slightly different image to each eye to give the perception of a 3D image to the viewer.
I'm not too keen on the John McClane look either and much prefer the old style of the original Max Payne games. Still, if Rockstar can pull it off then great but I'm not getting excited about this until I see gameplay.
I don't get the point in this. What's wrong with developing 3DTVs that don't need glasses?

I prefer Natal and everyone knows it as Natal which isn't a bad name IMO.
I think most core gamers are likely to wait for Natal to prove useful in core games before they jump on it. Casual gamers on the other hand will be more likely to jump on it after seeing adverts showing people playing games like Ricochet.
You say that 'You can gain the feel of actually (kind of) holding a gun' but that's not quite right since you're not actually holding anything at all so there's no 'feel' involved which is what this guy is getting at. He does talk quite a bit of sense though.

Multiple Playstation logins is great. I thought that was one thing Modnation Racers was missing (unless it's in there but didn't realise).
A european site had a video interview with one of the devs. He said it'd be running in 720p and 1080p at 30FPS. That's what lead me to think it'll be in 1080p normal and 720p in 3D but that's just an assumption.
We won't know for sure until they confirm it.
