'global sales in the STATES' eh?
It's rediculously easy to level up now compared to how it used to be. You don't even need to do many quests as you can level through dungeons quite easily. I did Hellfire Ramparts on my fully rested DK yesterday 3 times and it got me from 60 to 62 with heirlooms.
If that's what the terms actually state and you agree to it then they can legally go ahead with it.
I've seen plenty of promotions for Kinect here in West Yorkshire but nothing more than what you usually get for a game like CoD. In the US it's a completely different story. The US I think has the largest 360 install base and is where most of the money is being spent to market Kinect.
It's part of MS's strategy to sell Kinect. They want the hype they've spent half billion in to sell the product not the reviews since the reviews will most likely not match the hype.
It's Blizzcon afterall. Most of the guys would be 24/7 WoW players with no sense of hygiene.
There isn't a single map from Quake 3 either which I think is odd.
I'm with you on that. I don't care about gamerscore, trophies or the achievements in WoW (except those that actually give you something). You get some people who bash MMOs saying they're just grind fests when they themselves are more than happy to grind for achievements and trophies.
I raed there was a difference but I didn't think it would be that big.
This is a game that lets you roam around freely doing whatever you want so it's not a surprise that people experience different things as some bugs are likely to be only in certain parts of the game. If someone hasn't gone to that part then they're likely to not come across those bugs.
Anyway, bugs aren't all that reliable in software either. Sometimes a bug will be triggered while other times it won't and the game will play as it should.
It makes sense to look past a few bugs in a game but when a game is filled with many bugs (a lot of which are very obvious) it's not something you should be looking past. This kind of thing leads to devs getting lazier and releasing games as bug filled as this one.
True that. I agree that a lot of the Move games at the moment are like the Wii games but then again the Kinect games are pretty much like the Eyetoy games on PS2 but with better graphics.
See what I mean? http://www.youtube.com/watc...
edit: I'm not a fan of motion controls which is why I'm not buying Kinect or Move but by the looks of things I think Kinect will be more successful ev...
I really like the look of this car. They should release some hi-res images of it. I don't think I've seen any.
I can see people complaining about it's movement being too slow even though it's a mech. Anyway, it looks awesome and really looking forward to playing in it.
Well, you were holding TNT in your hand so what do you expect? lol
Technically amazing graphics are great but not always needed. Good art style can make something look awsome without all the technical prowess of games like Killzone. I think Mirrors Edge, Bioshock and Mass Effect prove that quite well.
I'm not bashing games like Killzone but complexity isn't always needed to create something that looks really nice.
Her neck is long and her head does look large but then the character design is obviously not meant to be realistic. It's quite cartoonish so the large head isn't a problem but the long neck is a little longer than it should be IMO.
They're goggles. A helmet would be better but goggles are cool too when they're Helghast ones.
It doesn't seem to be doing all that great in the US but with MS pushing Kinect the way they are I'm not surprised.
CoD4 is still the best one I've played and I'd be surprised if it's better than that. I'm waiting on user reviews before I decide to pick it up.
