"If people actually understand what programming is like, then they wouldn't be complaining.
I totally understand why it would be a time-consuming process, especially for a game that's almost 5 years old."
It's not the coding aspect that's difficult, because you're making checks alongside with the code of the game's progress as far as the player's status, it's making sure that there's 0 bugs for that code which tak...
"but neither do I hate the hackers for breaching security systems as it just shows that we give away our data to people we cannot trust, who don't care for our personal datas safety."
I'm going to disagree with it. That's like saying it's ok for a person just breaking and entering into places just because it has flaws.
This wasn't an attack to the public, this is an attack onto staff.
This is in no shape or form "hel...
Ironic you call others disgusting, considering the immaturity shown from your history chidori666.
Honestly I don't care too much for the movie at all, but people had reason to be upset at the current situation of the movie.
Otherwise we get another Super Mario Bros. The Movie on our hands.
If this is Super MvC3 i'm going to be angry.
"Fix AI"
You would THINK that would be one of their high priorities. Hell, Brink did that to an extent in the few days after it was out.
Honestly i'm still disappointed in Crytek for not getting this issue done. =|
"No, it sucks that they're not making it for the wii cause of the graphics."
That's...KINDA one of the main reasons why people are shying away from the Wii to begin with.
You know they aren't just a gaming company just like MS isn't only a gaming company also.
What they may lose in one area, they could make up for it in another section of electronics. It doesn't only have to be focused into gaming.
There's no shame in that. Quite honestly it's your money to deal with.
Edit: This whole disagree trolling business is just getting annoying on the site now, where someone just randomly goes down the listing on comments and disagrees.
"it would appear there are plenty who are willing to go into a game with a known previous instalment that wasn't a cakewalk and expect to be able to ghost through it on easy mode. "
You have any idea how bad that sounds?
You're basically saying "People expect the sequel of a detailed game to be easier to the point of beating the boss for you"
There's a target audience they're going for. This game isn't ...
"I wonder what 360 owners will say if this is anything like the PSN hack... And you were laughing at us PS3 owners.."
"Shikoro. May i suggest you stfu? Like thrasherv3 said, we're still laughing."
I dunno what's worse here, someone hoping for XBL to be hacked like PSN, or the fact that someone's laughing BECAUSE of the hack happening that resulted in misery for millions of people.
They're mainly complaining because they can't just straightforward go up and attack the boss till it's dead. The Witcher doesn't just work like that
I can understand SOME amount of complaint due to 1 hit deaths, but you're a person against a GIGANTIC creature, and you actually have to dodge and use your head.
I died around 6 times on the boss, but that was because I was figuring out what to do. Whole point of games is to challenge the pla...
Yea the guy got caught. Gamefly actually had an investigation on the whole situation. This was like in 2009

" It takes them a week to send a game, it takes a week for a game to reach them"
You realize that's the Postal System in the nation, which quite honestly it's slow as hell to begin with.
Remember the incident where people were mass canceling Gamefly accounts because they didn't get the game through the mail? Turns out someone was STEALING them
Honestly I use Gamefly when there's a bunch of games that are coming out a...
@BubbleSniper
I can imagine how people would abuse that if the gov't isn't careful, considering they could think that's a game also, since they're already toying with some peoples' lives.
@gamingdroid
Look into the programming community. I have a lot of vets at my workplace that said Vista was overall a headache, with one of major issues being compatibility. Along with that, permissions, java, etc.
The other major problem is that despite Vista "focusing on gaming"(i use that lightly), MS tried to cram it down some gamers throats though some GFWL titles like Shadowrun and Halo 2, where you HAD to have Vista to play them normally.
"Or... your world is so limited to n4g.com to formulate your knowledge of the subject that you simply do NOT read the news and/or do ten seconds of research"
That's the hostility i refer to. The assumption.
@ASSASSYN 36o
2 things
1) I have no idea where the sudden burst of hostility came from, but please keep that away from this. You don't know who I am, nor what I do, nor what I know.
2) I'm talking about the public as on the streets, not the internet. People can just as easily google search the stuff. I'm relating to this being known as common knowledge, in which it is not.
"Hackers are typically employed by their targets."
True, but at the same time you don't hear it known through the public.
The irony is that you're on a gaming site calling people nerds.
@PoulCast
I understand that more people should be aware, and I do agree with that, however these attacks would still happen, regardless of updated security or not, because in the world of tech, nothing is "100% secure".
