"For example, is everything on "Steam" devalued since you can't sell your copy?"
There's already works of people being able to trade games, although it has to be in gift status.
Also i find it very ironic you didn't even answer why his logic was "stupid".
Instead you just threw more insults. Explain Rom, why is it that video games can get away with this, but not used cars, DVD/Blu-Ray movies, music CD...
"I don't understand you guys. You cry about online passes and say the model should be a "reward for buying new" system. They do that and the "media" flips the meaning, which allows you kids to cry more. Rage is doing it the way you wanted, fools!""
How is cutting content out rewarding? I'm talking about the MP stuff. If they were like "Hey we have extra stuff in SP, but nothing else is affected" that would be fine.
@Ravens20
Your insults would have worked if that's what tdrules was going at.
He just said everyone will be at the same advantage when the game comes out.
"The millions of people don't buy COD because it takes skills and tactics but because its noob friendly."
That's kinda the message spread around. It's similar with the method behind WoW. It's newbie friendly, which is why they had millions play it.
This is a record for Atlus, and a good thing at that.
@CBaoth
It should have an enabled function with in Origin which doesn't have it start up on PC boot.
It's one of the first things I do with programs, to make sure it doesn't bog down initializing the computer.
The more I hear with the Ambassador program, the more I feel it was a last-minute decision, which really worries me.
@WhiteLightning
And that's why I have an issue with FortressCraft more so than what MC->Terraria, or Infiminer->MC.
They took elements, and improved/changed them to be unique.
What difference did FortressCraft do after playing around with the game? Even took the same build mechanics/look.
"Companies have done the same with Gamespy and the like for years and no one threw this much of a bitch fit before."
They did when they realize how bad of a service it was.
Yea and those SAME investors will blame the same CEO if it becomes a bombshell. All investors care really is about money, not the quality of said product, or how it becomes perceived.
@chilled2m
The irony is that people can't come with anything positive note for each specific game.
Instead it's the "millions play it so it MUST be good" card. When you have other companies actually attempting to improve their technical status, while these guys are still standing behind in the past, AND STILL expecting people to pay $60 or more, then they need to change it up to stop the "hate".
Trying to deny tha...
You're late on that Bioware. FF11's already multiplatform for years. :p
And even though some consider it an mmo, so was PSU.
Tbh Digimon isn't crap. It's more detailed that what Pokemon comes up with. :p
"Wait Tri-Ace is still alive"
Yea...they're also working on the new Digimon game on PSP.
Cause that's how gaming companies are?
@TABSF
But riots that affect many innocent people are ok?
"It's not really a surprise, but the 360 version is lead platform, so you wouldn't expec the PC version to be THAT much better, just the extra rez etc "
A constantly changing and upgrading platform not much better than a static hardware platform?
Ugh...what happened to logic.
The irony with this article is that my sister, my married co-worker, and her friends, love Catherine.
But yea, not even playing the full game weights against statements.
1/2 of them are sports or kids games.
He had the time to complete Wall-e and Hot wheels twice, but couldn't get past Disc 2 of Lost Odyssey. :p
@Rainbow-Dash
Well it's kinda misleading in this sense:
Say the ONLY way you able to get something, and was told that in order to do it, you have to be dedicated towards in doing an action within a specific time period.
Now a little while down the line, they just give it out like candy by doing something previously.
So in a way I can understand the discouragement coming from some of the complaints.
