Excellent, loved the original
While I have no doubt that the PS3 will still be around for 10 years. Sony will have to bring out a new system to complete with Microsoft's new system.
While you can argue all you want about tweaking system settings to get better performance there is one thing that can't be tweaked and that is the lack of RAM in both the PS3 and X360.
Heck the PS2 is around the 8 year mark and look how horribly dated the launch games looked or any game that came out in 2000 (by today...
I would love to see a System Shock 3, though since the series has never really sold well I really doubt it.
Excellent game, best game that I've ever downloaded
I love RPGs as well and occasionally JRPGs as well. I just wish there was more variety when it comes to the main character sometimes. Of course there are exceptions but I guess having an angry teenager as your hero helps the sales numbers.
Reason #1 is why I end up disliking the story in most JRPGS
Excellent, while the graphics won't blow you away. The first Divine Divinity game was amazing and I have high hopes that the sequel will deliver.
Well that blows, personally I'm just going to avoid inputting my own images into LBP. I did have plans in using Photoshop and creating my own textures and backdrops.
I don't see why they couldn't. Heck any game developer has a chance of creating a masterpiece. Sure some developers are more likely than others but the chance is still there.
Kameo was an excellent game. I still remember saying wow when I first tried the game on my first HD tv.
Perfect Dark Zero is another story it was just boring. Thankfully I traded it for Condemned a few days after purchase.
Sales didn't effect how much I played my Xbox last gen and that isn't going to change with the X360.
They already did release the original Doom on XBLA a few years back
I'm an old school pc gamer but shifted over console gaming about 10 years ago when I started making my living working on a computer. I still prefer PC gaming over traditional console games.
Which is why I am such a huge fan of the original Xbox and X360 as it allows me to relax after work and play the games I enjoy on my couch instead of sitting back in front of a computer.
“I’ve realised, while making Fable 2, what atrocious mistakes I’ve made in the past. …I’ve seen people [on internet forums] accuse me, and they’re absolutely right.”
A very misleading title, and even with his announcement I still consider him one of the great genius of gaming. Peter has created many classic games in his career.
Excellent news
Tim Schafer
Peter Molyneux
Richard Garriott
Warren Spector
good, maybe it show THQ that they should either spend more time on the title or pay to have more people work on movie-based games
The author makes a few good points but you also have to take in effect how interactivity can make any experience more intense.
For example the audio alone in "Bioshock" gave me goosebumps and not a single horror movie has given me the same experience.
I think rating system at the moment is pretty fair though I would be happier if the "ADULTS ONLY" games would actually be supported by both publishers and game console makers.
yeah Futureshop is pretty big in Canada so it's a trustworthy site to buy products from.
The atmosphere and the gameplay captured my attention right away and sucked me in.
While I wouldn't go as far as say Braid is a most buy. As you really can't say that about any game (due to different tastes). I do think gamers should at least download the demo and give the game a chance.
