I had the HD PVR, and at this point in time if I was to buy a new cap card it would probably be the black magic intensity shuttle.
Yes it needs a decently spec'd PC but it offers the best capture and its HDMI.
i agree that its not F2p if only gold members get it.
However, theres a good chance that MS will go for this.
In game ads will help expand bing, and its ad revenue to catch google.
If I know MS, they will make some deal where silver members get to play such games, if the sony version has bing ads in game.

I cant believe that knights of the old republic isnt on that list.
I think those should be made along with KOTOR 3.
Personally I dont think the old republic is the same as the kotor series.

They have fixed the D pad now (took 5 years),
all the have left to remove is the massive weight adding battery pack. If the back of the controller is flush it will be great.
I do love the 360 controller but I do hope they address those 2 concerns.

IMO sony havent taken some of their competitors seriously enough. Samsung has now surpassed sony in electronics, Apple in phones and laptops etc..
They need to refocus on what made them great, I had 2 great sony bravia TV's but I recently purchased a new samsung TV because the equivalent bravia could not match it in specs and quality.

Game are just way too expensive, they overprice used games, new games are significantly cheaper online.
Much of the time they dont have a large amount of stock for new releases.

Gaming is different, some people rely on discs for gaming.
The reason why digital gaming will be slow to start is because of internet usage.
Not many people will have a high enough internet speed to cope with gaming via the cloud.

I do agree with using Ps3 media server, but you only need that to transcode MKV on the fly.

I do currently use my ps3 and xbox both for media streaming via the western digital My world edition 2TB NAS drive.
I dont use MVK's too often, but if you do its worth using ps3 media server. I mainly stick to 720p/1080p Mp4s
i hope its battlefront too or the jedi knight series or knights of the old republic (Single player only).
